"The host was excellent at answering all questions promptly. However, had the binder had greater detail some of the texts might have been eliminated. It was lovely and we all enjoyed it very much. It would have been more enjoyable/comfortable had all the fireplaces that were advertised been in working order.The lower level tv area was very chilly."

"Clean, simple accommodations. Being above the base facilities is a little bit of a nuisance for apres ski activities but is rectified by the regular free shuttle bus. My only complaint is with the main bed frame (bunk bed) being a little impractical but this is a minor issue. Would be great value for families if they’re OK with close quarters."
