"It was just as we expected and what we wanted—-a quiet remote place—-with more birds than people! We were so lucky with the weather too….water out front and a lovely breeze most of the time. We brought food in and enjoyed fresh fish and relaxing times. We slept well with nearly all the windows open for the night air. The tide came in and we kayaked a little out front. "This is a property that really highlights the amazing beauty of Cape Breton! Sunsets are breathtaking, as is the trail past the pond to the private beach. The property is exactly as offered. We had everything we needed for a wonderful 3 nights. Michael took great care to ensure we had a very comfortable stay there and communication/responses very fast. There are also great reataurants within 20 minutes of the property. I have no problem highly recommending this property!"
