Room was quite disappointing. Staff was good though. Tv was hard to figure out. Hidden button on it you had to find & press every time you turned it off. No lights in the bathroom at all, so I just used a lamp from the bedstand.

The front desk lady let me check in then several hours later told me i had to leave as my address on my identification was a local address I asked for a refund she said no I was unaware if this policy it was not on the Expedia web site when I booked nor fid I see it posted .zI tried to explain that I had mived 180 miles away and hadnt got my address changed yet still refusal of a refund and had to leave property

I am sorry for any inconveniance, you were definately not asked to leave my front desk stated that first she was not making you leave that was a choice you made.

This place was a joke never got to check in even after paying full and having reservations. Wasn’t allowed to stay because I “used” to be a local lmao. Heavy set woman? At the front was extremely rude, Poor hygiene, not friendly what so ever. Don’t know where her thinking she’s on a high horse came. But that’s alright I didn’t want to stay in a trash can it was just the cheapest place in town and I was desperate, but I’m glad I wasn’t allowed to stay there and catch something I ended up at a place that blows them out of the water and they actually have friendly staff and an actual continental breakfast unlike super 8’s lol. I’m extremely happy not to give them my business I’d rather throw all that money in a fire then let them have it. And getting my refund was unreal. Anyways place is a joke should be condemned or get people that know what they are actually doing. Hard job sitting all day eating and being rude af to local residents that haven’t done anything to be treated like that. If you need cheap and trashy super 8 in Craig is the spot to go. ➖⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The employees were extremely nice and helpful. They even offered thanksgiving dinner for the people who were there over the holiday. And they had fresh coffee even at the very earlier hours.

Wonderful stay!
Another amazing stay at the super 8. Breakfast was ready at 4:00 a.m. I was promised because it's hunting season and that's why I like going there. Very reasonable priced as well

Building is in serious need of updating! Bed was extremely uncomfortable, bathroom had no fixture cover above the sink, ceiling above show had been patched but was never repainted, carpet in hallways were torn and dirty, no security locks on outside access doors, parking lot lighting burnt out. Very disappointed with accommodations, sorry I didn’t stay somewhere else. Would have left and gone elsewhere, but reservation was non refundable.

The staff was amazing. The property is in terrible condition! It needs a huge make over. Garbage was piled high outside the building and weeds were going high.

Room seemed dirty, shower had no hot water, the smell was so bad, spent most of my time farting trying to get the smell out of the room, but other than that we had a swell time.

They would not rent a room to me because they said “we don’t rent rooms to lacals just had to many problems” I’m not even local! I live 42 miles away but she said Steamboat Springs still counts as local. Ridiculous! I rented a room across the street with no problem.

Every room in this place requires as to access. Nothing in the property description indicated this, or the fact there is no elevator. Since we are traveling with two elderly women with mobility issues, this was impossible for us. I understand I booked a non-refundable room, but these circumstances warrant a refund, which the hotel refused to issue.

Nothing in your reservation stated you needed a handicap accessible room if it had we would have tried placing you on the bottom floor or called you and I did tell my front desk to give you the refund. We apologize for any inconvenience,

I wasn't allowed to check in or stay at the Super 8. I recently moved to Denver but still had a local [Craig, CO.] drivers license. After I had driven 250 miles I could not stay because I was a 'local'. I was left with no place to stay and had to impose upon friends to spend the night. Why was I discrimnated against. Now since I booked through Expedia I have to go to you to get a refund. Nice! Real nice!!!

I was on the phone trying to see what we could work out and you were very rude to my front desk. And asking about Andrea camp she has nothing to do with my property. I am sorry people don't agree with the rules it takes one person to spoil it for others.

Stayed here on two different trips
Friendly staff, fast check=in, and very clean. Pillows a little too thick, but I always bring my own. Overall for the excellent price, I will stay here again.

You can probably do better.
The overall condition of the property was dismal. Peeling paint. Chipped concrete. Overgrown grounds. Inside: fixtures were falling off the walls. However, the linens were clean and fresh. New television. Decent mattress. They offer a meager continental breakfast of cereal and muffins. They have a waffle maker, but they have "decided" not to provide batter "since nobody was using it." Whatever. The staff was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping seems to have been doing a good job as well. Even as an economic choice, this is a poor option. This was one of the more expensive stays of our trip but by far the worst.

The AC would t work for more than 1 hour at a time. The door to the room was very tough to open, the veneer on the furniture was coming off. We only stays 1 of the 2 nights we had reserved.
