"Simple and basic facilities with beautiful views of the lake. Short walking distance to the pub, shops and lake. Facilities included two single beds in one room, shower, heating and basic kitchen facilities. No internet. After a long day snowboarding it was a nice place to come back for a hot shower and stroll to the pub for a bite to eat and a glass of wine. It was affordable, comfortable and in a nice quiet setting."

"The apartment has a very nice outlook over Lake Jindabyne and is in walking distance to restaurants, shops and the great new bus service to Perisher/Thredbo. It is quiet and comfortable. The parking space could be challenging for a larger car. We hadn't had a real estate managed apartment for a while and found the rationing of toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and even dishwashing liquid a bit strange."

"Super quiet. Owner was a good communicator. Well equipped. Beds are comfy. Linens good quality. Kitchen fully equipped. Very happy with the place and good value. It does need a bit of work as a few items were not working. For example garage door broken so we had to park outside. Having a garage was one reason we picked it. Blinds didn’t work, cupboard doors loose, sink plugs sticking, shower rose flopping. Just needs some maintenance. When that is done will be perfect."

"We had an outstanding stay at Tinkersfield and can't wait to return. Usually the photos of a listing are better than real life however the opposite is true for this accommodation. The location is remote and quiet yet very easy to get to, and checking and directions were spot on. The design and layout is stunning and straight out of a style magazine (literally!) - we loved every part of it. Large bedroom and bathroom with a great dining and living space. The wood fire was lovely for the cold...
