Nice job place

It was exactly as described. It was clear through reviews that there was no washer and dryer available. This was more of an inconvenience than i expected for an 8 day trip, I’d highly recommend they make this available for future guest. I wouldn’t re book simply for this reason

We've stayed at El Cantil many times. This property was our least favorite of all the condos we've stayed at in the past. No hot water, no working TV's, maid only came once after I requested fresh towels. We still enjoyed our stay overall but some items the property manager needs to take care of.

Family Spring Break

This is a beautiful condo with breathtaking views. We were looking for something family friendly for Spring Break and something different than an all inclusive resort, so that we could venture out to get a taste of the local fare. It is conviently located by two grocery stores and plenty of shopping. It was perfect for our family of 5!

Enjoyed the condo. Hot water was not hot at all. We’re only given 2 dish towels and no wash clothes. Had no choice but to use a bathroom wash cloth. We felt the flooring was not washed - all of our feet were filthy.

Location was perfect!

Five adults stayed for a week, diving for 2 days. The location of this condo is absolutely perfect- directly across the street from the Mega/Soriana and Chedraui grocery stores- I went daily, to get ripe avocados, fruit and baked goods for our hungry group. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need (although the cookware and cooking utensils are due for replacement). The building is very safe, staffed with men at the street level who are able to assist you with any need- hailing a taxi, directions, bringing your luggage in/out of the unit. The condo is very roomy, with excellent AC and a water filtration unit. The beds are comfortable, with each room having an en suite. We enjoyed the pool area and spent much of our time under the shade of a palapa in the sandy area. I read the two books that I brought in 3 days; fortunately, the condo had a library and I was able to read another good one! We appreciated the ability to climb in the ocean from a ladder next to the palapas, and swim and snorkel. The condo was a short walking distance to town (Centro) where there are many shops and restaurants (we loved our authentic meals at El Foco). We plan on returning next year to the same unit!

Second time here

Great place to stay - great pools, great bed set up, great location near town and grocery stores, condo is clean, friendly staff, great snorkeling right off the shore. Only negative is no access to the washer and dryer. When grandchildren visit, it is really difficult not being able to wash clothes as needed.

Location!

The location brings us back to El Cantil each year - across the street from 2 grocery stores, near bars and restaurants and a reasonably short walk to El Centro. Communication with our local contact, Eve, was great as well - very responsive with any questions or issues we had (all were resolved to our satisfaction). We will be back.

Great stay

Great location and amenities. Internet was spotty and was hard with 3 teenage girls to only have 1 towel a piece. I probably should have asked for more. Might be my own bad. Otherwise loved it.

Had a great stay at El Cantil 3BN. Great location with grocery store across the street and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Wonderful ocean view and easy access to scuba diving. Chose Cozumel for the later part of our vacation so we could fly out of Cozumel and avoid Cancun airport traffic. Fantastic trip.

Gorgeous View ~ Wonderful Stay!

Our family of 5 spent seven wonderful days watching the sun come up with coffee on the balcony and watching the sun set on the ocean with an adult beverage in the pool. The condo is spacious and well-appointed with everything needed in the kitchen, comfortable beds, reliable air conditioning and plenty of space to unpack and make ourselves feel truly at home. We really appreciated having 3 1/2 baths too. Housekeeping came every other day, refreshing our towels then and changing our sheets half-way through the stay. The location is perfectly situated, walking distance to large grocery stores, good restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. My favorite thing is the pretty snorkeling with colorful fish and coral right in front of the pool area ~ better than you see on excursions! My daughter loved relaxing and reading under the palapas in the sandy areas. This is our second year to stay at El Cantil, our first to stay in this condo and definitely our new favorite!
