Nice condo right on the water

Miramar is a beautiful condo in a stunning setting. The patio deck is mere feet from the pool and ocean. There was plenty of poolside seating. The condo is a nice size with great amenities. Restaurants are withing walking distance. Downtown is a 2 mile walk or taxi ride (10). A great alternative to hotel or all-inclusive. Property manager Matias was extremely responsive and stayed in touch throughout our stay.

Perfect getaway

This place was amazing. Away from the ship ports where the cruise people congregate. Quiet, peaceful, enjoyable, safe, not too big. Perfect setting to view the amazing colors of the Gulf of Mexico. I loved being able to snorkel right off of our place. Pool was amazing. Our hosts Matias and Isabelle were awesome and the cleaning and maintenance people Maribel and Ezekial were so kind and awesome for anything needed. Went for morning and evening walks along the wide sidewalk paths. Truely a place to get away from everything and everybody. Thank you for our perfect stay!

Truly memorable

This operation should get 6 stars. Host Matt didn’t skip a beat from immediate responsiveness before arrival and whenever there was a request. He was at the door within five minutes of me texting him to help me when my I phone lost service and facilitated a referral at Mega to get it fixed. I felt like a valued family member – a rare occurrence nowadays. And the condo was the cleanest, most colorful, well appointed, and equipped I’ve ever seen. Same thing for the whole outdoor surroundings. And his right hand man, Esequiel, was always available to be very helpful. Don’t miss the onsite excellent snorkeling.

Great location

Everything about the property was amazing. Check in process very easy. Very centrally located and easy to find your way around the island. Pool and view of ocean were phenomenal. They’re is even a little 10-12 foot dive into the ocean. Real easy to get in and out of water even though your on a cliff front. Great snorkeling right out front. 10 out of 10.

Tranquil getaway

This peaceful condo community was perfect for our short trip. The view was amazing, pool was very nice and the condo itself was pleasant. The AC worked great, kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. We even snorkeled off the stairs by the pool and saw a beautiful stingray.

Fabulous Stay at Mira Mar #201

My wife and I just returned from a wonderful trip to Cozumel and staying at Mira Mar was a key component to our great vacation! The condo was spacious, clean and the view was beautiful. The snorkeling right off the property was very good and having the pool was such a nice perk. The whole complex was very well maintained and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Communication with Matias was superb. We would definitely stay at Mira Mar again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet and relaxing place to stay while in Cozumel!

Great Condo

A beautiful condo that is comfortably furnished with lots of Mexican art. The kitchen is well stocked & the dishes are festive. The onsite staff is very helpful. Quiet small complex that is very clean. A 20-30 minute walk to town. Taxis are plentiful & $5 to town. Be sure to bring plenty of $5s. There are reusable shopping bags in the condo for trips to the Mega grocery store. Also lots of books & movies to use. The sunsets from the balcony are beautiful. Snorkeling right off the property & a nice pool. The harbor is a 10 minute walk to get on a dive boat. Matais hooked us up with a great dive master & chef to come in & cooked a fabulous dinner. If you’re looking for a restful spot away from the hustle & bustle of town but close enough to enjoy this is the place.

Wonderful Stay

My wife and I stayed at Miramar 201 for 4 nights in March celebrating our anniversary,up on arrival Matias surprised my wife with a beautiful Floral arrangement ad a happy anniversary Note! it was Very kind of him, The apartment was wonderful, we enjoyed every part of it, from the cozy living room to the relaxing terrace , super clean, bed was comfortable, AC was great when used, TV for relaxing evenings, fully equipped kitchen, nice bathroom with great water pressure, Every time we had a question Matias was there to assist quickly, and Jose the attendant was always friendly and on top of his game, always with a smile, Jose went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and gave us great advice on places to go and things to do around. We will definitely come back and rent from Seaside Retreats for sure!

Gret property to stay while in Cozumel

Mu wife and I stayed at Mirmar for 10 wonderful days. We planned our trip with 25 of our freinds and we all stayed in various properties located within walking distance of each other so the location was perfect. We particularly enjoyed the snorkeling behind the properties. We would get in the water at Miramar and snorkle to Palmas Reales which is probbaly 5 buildings away, get out thedn do it agian. Fun. The property is'nt very large which is a plus for us because it was always quiet and relaxing. We rented a car and there was always available parking in front of the building. The support staff were very helpful and kept the room clean for us. There was only 1 thing that we had a problem with, the internet service in our room was not stable. We had very limited service which made it difficult to communicate and watch our television streaming services. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would reccomend Miramar to our family and freinds.

Great time at Miramar!

We’ve visited Cozumel about 9 times over about 30 years. We’ve stayed at a number of different properties and decided to give VRBO a try with this property. We were quite pleased with our experience. The condo, location and amenities were outstanding. And although it was further from town for us, it still was manageable for us 70 year olds for a one way walk! We enjoyed snorkeling off the shore, and must say, our host, Matt, was spectacular! Taking care of all our needs! We wholeheartedly recommend staying at Miramar!

Great place to stay

Our second stay at Miramar #201. We love staying toward the north end of Cozumel, little bit slower pace. The condo is very clean and has a beautiful view of the water. Beds are very comfortable. Pool area is always spotless and the outdoor staff does a great job keeping everything clean, neat and tidy. Matt is awesome to work with, answers any questions you might have right away. He made it very easy with the new Covid testing before we headed back to the states. He lined up people to come to our condo for testing and everything went very smoothly. Will definitely be back next year!

Enjoyed our stay at Miramar

My husband and I enjoyed out stay at Miramar. The condo had everything we needed, was well stocked for cooking and very comfortable for relaxation. The staff onsite was very friendly and helpful through our stay. We enjoyed sitting outside and watching the sunset. The grounds and pool area are very clean and it is very quiet and relaxing. Great place to relax.

This is the second time we have rented in this condo building. Both units were very clean and contained all the essentials. Even though it is a half hour walk to San Miguel taxis are available which makes not having a car an option. The best part about this condo building is the great snorkeling right in front. Jose does a great job of keeping the grounds clean and is around every day to help with any issues.

Definetly will be back! Well worth the money!

We had a great time here. The unit was perfect for a couple. The location of the building is terrific. Close to airport and town but far enough away from noise or crowds. We didn't even go to the beach. We loved basking in the sun at the pool which overlooks the sea (bring a float or noodle). The neighbors in the condo were wonderful and considerate. We snorkeled right there off the property. Coral was beautiful. We went scuba diving (used Blue Project Valet - great dive opeartion). Went to great resturants. We rented a car -- Budget Car Rental -- in town was half the price of local car rental service. We felt very safe on the island. We didn't want to leave.
