Beautiful condo in perfect location, with a couple caveats

Pros: Condo is wonderfully decorated, with lots of tasteful touches that make it stand out from your typical Vrbo’s Views from the balcony were amazing, perfect place to have morning coffee or cocktails later on. Building is very quiet, with the pool rarely used. The snorkeling in front was some of the best we experienced on the island. Countless varieties of colorful fish and coral, turtles, sting rays and barracuda. Taxis were easy to hail and a quick 100 peso ride to the central part of downtown San Miguel.Cons: Despite the listing indicating there is a washer and dryer, that is no longer accurate. May not be a big deal to some, but having a washer and dryer was one of the key criteria for our condo search. Also, owner and property manager response times could have been much better on issues and questions. It sometimes took reaching out multiple times, and contacting VRBO directly one time, to get replies. Lastly, the gate code provided at check-in was incorrect and it took reaching out to the property manager to get the correct one.

Amazing view

Perfect blue waters, great snorkeling right in front of unit(strong current). Was almost impossible to make cell calls, a Cozumel issue I am guessing.

Excellent apartment fir swimming and snorkeling

We enjoyed the property. The pool is wonderful, easy access to snorkeling right off the front of the property. Well equipped kitchen. Water dispenser was unreliable but we dealt with it by pouring right off the large bottles.

Beautiful condo in nice area

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. The condo was well stocked and beautifully furnished. Really appreciated all the snorkeling gear that was available. My favorite place was the sofa on the balcony to enjoy my mexican coffee and sunsets.

Wonderful stay!

We are a family of four adults and stayed for 6 nights. We all loved this property! The double ocean view master suites with private bathrooms were perfect for us, with incredible views. Very clean. Great A/C and wifi. Tons of closet space, hangers, and dresser space. Comfortable beds. Tons of towels. Very well stocked kitchen. Huge balcony was perfect for relaxing, and the walk to the pool couldn’t have been shorter. Pool was never crowded. The complex is small and private, quiet and secure. There was some construction next door but that is to be expected in the Caribbean, we’ve learned and did not detract from our stay. The staff and manager were courteous and helpful. We would love to stay again!

Beautiful view

This was truly an amazing view and terrific snorkeling, right off the property. I loved the deck, which was very private, and a lovely pool practically to ourselves. It was minutes from the town, and on the opposite side of the mass of people. The condo was full of everything we would ever want. However, the ad has the little icons of a washer and dryer, but there wasn’t one that we could use. Beware of this, so that you may pack accordingly.

Beautiful Property

This is a beautiful, property, well managed and the views are second to none. It afforded us privacy, while being located near downtown. I have stayed several places on the island over the past several years, and this is by far my favorite.

Perfect in every way

This condo was wonderful! Loved the size and layout of the rooms. Exactly as advertised. Well stocked with staples, tons of towels, beds were comfortable, bathrooms are spacious. We were a group of 6 and had plenty of room. Patio is large and wonderful for viewing the sunset. The water is crystal clear and there’s great snorkeling as soon as you jump in the water. The pool area is lovely. We were super close walking distance to the north marina where our dive boat was docked so it was super convenient. If you’re diving, check out AlexaScuba. Excellent experience. We rented bikes for the week and used bikes and taxis to get around. Very easy. Taxis always accessible. It’s a bit outside of the main area of town, which we liked given all the cruise ships in and out daily. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. It made for an easy and very enjoyable vacation. Thank you!

Great location with direct access to beautiful snorkeling

Our family had a fabulous trip to Cozumel and condo was exactly what we needed. It was in a great location with direct access to great snorkeling for the family, a nice pool and was safe for everyone. Would definitely go back and stay there again. Amazing property

We loved our stay… however, the property has NO generator for power outages. We were without power for 12 hours straight… a bit unnerving. Apart from that, the property is more beautiful in person. We will likely stay here again. Also, the listing said there is a keurig coffee maker however there is only a standard coffee maker. No Biggy, we just purchased some ground coffee. Really great Condo overall!

This is the best condo on the island. Great views, everything was as advertised. We have stayed at other smaller condo units (Mira Mar) just down the road and they are fine too. I have also stayed in San Miguel when traveling by myself. But for four adults this place was perfect. Begin your search for a condo with this unit! I have been diving on the reefs of Cozumel since 2007. Loved the condo and please be kind to the reef system.

A True Paradise

Clean, and we'll appointed the condo had all we could hope for! The view is nothing short of amazing! Two Master bedrooms make it less awkward when travelling with friends. Dan, the property manager was very friendly, helpful and easy to reach. I hope to stay here again when I return to beautiful Cozumel

Wow! Gorgeous view and property

Everyone in our group said “ wow” upon entering this condo. Said it again when taking in the view from the balcony. Excellent snorkeling at the condo…just step down the ladder into 12 foot deep waters and follow the coral , sponges, fish, turtles, eels, starfish along the edge/wall. Some of the best snorkeling we’ve ever experienced. Safe area. All the people working with condo were top notch. Can’t say enough positive s about this condo and our two weeks in Cozumel.

Not a good place to stay without outdoor access

The apartment is lovely but unfortunately when we got there we found that there was absolutely no access to the outdoor areas listed and there was loud construction just outside two of the bedrooms. After two days we decided to move to another rental place. Given that the place was not as advertised and we chose this place due to the outdoor space and accessibility to snorkeling I kindly asked the owner if he would reimburse us for the unused days (which of course we had to pay at another rental property). I was not seeking any reimbursement for all the extra fees and not asking that the owner lose money on the rental only that he be kind enough to understand that we did not want to spend our vacation having to catch a taxi somewhere every time we wanted to spend time outdoors. He seemed amenable to this and "was checking" on things. But now it has been10 days with no response from the owner and I'm pretty sure will not be gracious enough to supply a refund. There are many great places to choose from on cozumel and I would have gladly given this place a nice review if not for the circumstances. We ended up at an even nicer place with full access to a pool, beach, and ocean and had a great vacation. It would just be nice not to pay twice for a place to stay.

Amazing experience

This is our third time staying here since Summer 2020. We keep coming back for the condo, the pool, the beach and the overall Cozumel experience. Access to the ocean is one of the best parts. Jump in and you are immediately snorkeling with the fish. The condo is very clean and well maintained. Alex is awesome at setting up excursions. We will be back.
