El Cantil

This was our second stay at El Cantil and it was fantastic. Check-in was simple, communication prompt, and cleaning staff reliable. We enjoy the central location with easy access to downtown shops and restaurants, grocery stores, and transportation. The condo has been recently updated and beautiful. The pool is one of very few heated pools on the island and is situated to view downtown and newer ports of call and the incoming and outgoing cruise ship traffic. We are already planning our next visit and hope to reserve the same unit.

Triathlon Retreat

Great location for our group of 10, which included 2 triathletes competing in the Cozumel Tri event. Spacious accommodations with beautiful pool and sunset views. Very helpful staff.

Great property and location

We stayed a week and really enjoyed the property! The four bedrooms and bathroom really had plenty of room for our group and was much more spacious than a hotel. We used the pool onsite and arranged scuba diving with our dive boat picking us up from the onsite pier! Grocery is right across the street so there is really no need for a rental car. We misunderstood after seeing one of the reviews that there would be onsite laundry, and we packed expecting to be able to use the washer and dryer. However, it was kept in a locked closet that the maids opened when they came to clean. A simple improvement would be to make the in-unit washer and dryer available for self service. We would definitely stay again at this fabulous property. Thank you!

Gem in Cozumel

🇲🇽 This place is an absolute gem! The location is perfect, being walking distance from the City Center and two hyper supermarket. The view from the Condo is breath taking. The Condo itself is super super clean, very spacious and beautifully decorated, with cozy bedroomst The hosts are incredibly welcoming and make sure that everything is taken care of. The kitchen is a dream come true for any food lover, equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils to whip up a delicious meal. The laundry service provided for a reasonable fee was greatly appreciated. The cleaning provided during the third was great. The housekeeper was very nice and helpful. The attention to detail in this Condo is impressive, making you feel right at home. I highly recommend this place for a memorable and enjoyable stay. Have a fantastic time! Would definitely recommend.

Amazing!!

This place was absolutely amazing!! The staff were so nice. It was so much better than I expected!! The scuba shop picked us up right from the dock. The pool was great and swimming in the ocean off the dock was so much fun.

Spring Break

This unit was perfect for our family. We had our children and my in-laws with us. Great location for watching the cruise ships and walking to downtown. Several restaurants close by within walking distance that we enjoyed. I do believe the unit is advertised to have a heated pool but that was not the case when we were there. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved that a maid came in every few days to clean and do laundry for us if necessary. I would recommend booking any tours in advance of going to the island as the concierge at the unit was not helpful with booking anything for us. We had a great time and would definitely come back.

We needed a place to house 10 people coming in from different parts of the US for a trip. The el cantil condo was central to shopping, nightlife and fun. Great view of the pool, snorkeling was right outside the beautiful pool and we could watch cruise ships crossing right right in front of us.

Great location, spacious and friendly security guards downstairs. Had a small issue with the AC not working in one of the rooms but it was easy to WhatsApp the property manager. The pool was great and easy access to many walkable restaurants and pier pick up for our scuba session

Great place for families!

We had the most incredible experience staying at this condo. This spacious vacation rental, with its four bedrooms, provided ample space for my family and me.
