Great condo, with a lovely view! Exceptionally clean, well stocked, and cozy. It was nice having a beach bar next door to run over for a quick cocktail before sunset - thankfully they close early so the property is really quiet at night. It's one of those places that make you want to plan your next Cozumel visit right away.

It was clean, spacious, well furnished. Rooftop patio space is very nice! Snorkeling at the private beach was great. Diana, the manager was very helpful with every question or need. Great stay!

We love this location and especially this unit. We had a baby with us so we used the private rooftop balcony while he was napping! Great kitchen as well, which is super helpful. Host wasvery responsive and helpful. Diana, who helped us with things during our stay was also very responsive and helpful! We love the snorkling st the place. Quick drive to the marina for scuba diving and we like being out of town so that it never really seems that bisy!

We had a fantastic time at this condo. From the moment we arrived we were greeted at the door and shown around the space. Everything was spotless and plenty of clean towels for the pool/beach. The highlight is definitely the rooftop terrace. We spent almost all our time there watching the hummingbirds during from the feeders with a great view of the ocean. Renting a car was sound advice since most restaurants in easy walking distance close around 5 depending on the weather. Highly recommend as the owners are very helpful and pay close attention to the smallest of details. Thanks for letting us stay at your place!

We loved our stay in Cozumel at Paradise Condos 3C! Diana greeted us when we arrived and was so helpful in answering all of our questions. We loved the private palapa for eating dinners and watching the sunset. The condo was well stocked with everything you need. The snorkeling was great at the private beach. The included snorkel gear was better than what we brought. Loved the mid week house clean! The owners of the condo were very responsive and accommodating to our travel itinerary. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful property

We had a lovely stay here. The property manager was wonderful and stopped by after our check in to show us the property. It was clean and very comfortable. It was stocked with plenty of water, a complimentary fruit basket and the laundry room was full of other things we needed- beach towels, beach bag and snorkel gear. The top floor patio was delightful. We had a group of three but a bigger family would have had plenty of room. It’s pretty close to the marina for divers and parking was no problem. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent Beach Front Property

Private beach, rooftop viewing, and a responsive condo manager make this an excellent place to stay on Cozumel. If you have the chance to hire Fernando as a private chef definitely do it.

Paradise in Cozumel

This property was amazing! The location and ocean views are unbeatable. The interior or the home was beautiful and had everything we needed for our 1 week vacation. We loved the newly renovated kitchen and the king size beds. The washer and dryer and all the extra snorkel gear, coolers, beach bags, etc. were great to have the use of. Our favorite though was the private palapa area above this unit. We spent many hours up there and even enjoyed a fabulous meal by a private chef that was recommended by the owners. We will definitely be booking this unit again!

Paradise is a fitting name for the property!

We absolutely loved our stay in Paradice Unit #3C, the description of the property was spot on. The rooftop terrace is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the incredible view. Extra bonus watching the hummingbirds flock to the feeders on the terrace. Great snorkeling out in front of the complex with plenty of snorkeling equipment provided by the owners. We really enjoyed the peaceful location, it is far enough away from where the cruise ships dock, but also close enough to access the main city easily. The property manager Diana was very helpful in addressing any needs that we had, she helped us get groceries prior to arrival. I would not hesitate to stay in this same condo again!

Lots to Celebrate!

We booked our Cozumel vacation with a first time stay using VBRO. We felt it was a perfect fit for our family. My husband recently retired from teaching after 39 years and both our sons graduated- one from high school and the other from college.

The condo is amazing. The perfect size for our group of 5. We really enjoyed the upscale furnishings, appliances and decor. Even though it was raining during our stay we had an amazing experience and will definitely come stay here again.

Wonderful condo!

We shared this condo with family and friends (6 people) and loved it! It had everything we needed and more! It is a beautiful home with comfortable beds and seating! Loved the rooftop terrace and entertained our other friends and family there. Perfect with a beautiful view! The maid was fantastic and communication with David and Christine and Diana was great! Wonderful property!

Go ahead and book it! We had a wonderful time. The condo is amazing and is fully stocked with anything you might need during your stay (cookware, beach towels, snorkels etc). The penthouse view is beautiful! There are plenty of chairs by the pool and on the beach. Tortugas is right next door so it’s simple to get food or drinks if you don’t want to cook. Communication with the staff was perfect. They even cleaned the condo in the middle of the week. We will be back!

Love the upper deck

3 couples spent 7 days. Very much enjoyed the covered veranda on the top floor. Nice table, hammock, swing chairs! Wonderful for breakfast and supper or to just sit and relax. Little trek to town but not that big a deal. Would stay again in a heartbeat!
