Beautiful accommodation and an incredible view with a spacious outdoor balcony. We appreciated the filtered/purified water dispenser and the parking lot made it easy to travel in and out. It’s a great spot if you love snorkeling or hitting South beaches, too. Host was very responsive and friendly (thanks Anis!). Would definitely stay here again!

Large condo with everything you need. Even snorkeling gear, floats for the pool. Excellent equipped kitchen if you want to cook. Large balcony on the side of the building. But you have a nice water view and great view of the cruise ships. You are away from the noise of The Money Bar across the street, that has live entertainment most nights. Great place and would again.

Luxurious, comfortable and clean

We had a wonderful stay at the Landmark. Conveniently close to a free beach, great interactions with our hosts, and everything we could have ever needed was there.

Beautiful property in a perfect location. The condo is extremely well maintained, clean, and comfortable. Anis was extremely helpful and courteous. He met us onsite to welcome us and was accessible and responsive throughout our stay. He even provided plenty of suggestions for great local dining and activities. Communication from start to finish was phenomenal.

Amazing

What a great property! The location is perfect. The money bar is so close, downtown is an easy drive or taxi ride and you are on your way to the wild east side. I can’t think of a better location on the island. And if you don’t want to leave the property, the pool is perfect. Add in two amazing owners with a great list of recommendations and you have the perfect vacation spot.

2 week stay at the Landmark

Our host Anis was quick to answer any of questions. He also checked on us several times during our stay. The condo is beautiful. Its location is quiet and the views are beautiful. It was located across the street from the Money Bar which gave us easy access to snorkeling. We will be back.

Gorgeous condo

Loved staying here, we all intend to come back. Great snorkeling across the street, excellent service they even brought drinks and appetizers over to the pool. Found quite a few beach bars with good snorkeling and good food. Only thing I can say is the other two bedrooms both had full sized beds not queens… so a little cozy if your with a spouse.

Condo is beautiful and has everything you need. Anis and Karla are fantastic and very responsive! Very safe area and the money bar across the street is great too. Will be back next time we are in Cozumel!

Amazing condo

This condo is absolutely beautiful it has everything you would ever want 4 baths 3 beds, huge family room, and oversize deck. The pool and the community are fantastic snorkeling across the street was phenomenal. The owners were loving and gracious and responding to all of our needs. I would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful amazing clean house

Staying this beautiful house was an absolute delight! The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The house itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and great restaurants. We especially loved the cozy balcony where we could enjoy our morning coffee with a view. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we'll definitely be booking this place again on our next visit!

Fabulous trip in awesome condo

We were celebrating Our 50th anniversary. Anise was fabulous. The condo was everything we could ask for. We were with two other couples. The Money Bar right across the street was nice. Great snorkeling right across street. Can’t wait to go back!

Family getaway

We had a fantastic time visiting Cozumel. Anis was extremely kind and helpful. He made us feel at home, and he offered excellent recommendations for fun and food around the island. The condo was just as pictured. We loved beginning and ending our day on the porch overlooking the water. Our only complaint is that the week went by too quickly! Thank you again, Anis!

Family Vacation in Beautiful Cozumel

Our family had a fabulous week in Cozumel. This was our 4th Cozumel trip as family. When we weren’t scuba diving or snorkeling, we explored new restaurants and enjoyed the cabana beach at Chankanaab. The Landmark condo is stunning … even more beautiful than we expected and the location is perfect across the street from our favorite ocean front restaurant. Taxis are readily available so we didn’t rent a car this trip. You won’t find a more welcoming, hospitable spot anywhere.
