Our host Anis was quick to answer any of questions. He also checked on us several times during our stay. The condo is beautiful. Its location is quiet and the views are beautiful. It was located across the street from the Money Bar which gave us easy access to snorkeling. We will be back.

What a great property! The location is perfect. The money bar is so close, downtown is an easy drive or taxi ride and you are on your way to the wild east side. I can’t think of a better location on the island. And if you don’t want to leave the property, the pool is perfect. Add in two amazing owners with a great list of recommendations and you have the perfect vacation spot.

We enjoyed a stellar 10-day stay at this remarkable condominium. Visiting Cozumel 4-6 times each year for the past 20+ years has afforded us the opportunity to stay in a number of wonderful places around the island; and this condo lives up to its extraordinary reviews and reputation as the “best of the best.” The Landmark is our long-time favorite here and this particular unit is truly among the very best .. in every aspect. The owners and hosts, Anis & Karla, couldn’t have been more communicative, gracious and welcoming. It’s apparent they care for their property, as well as you, their valued guest. We are grateful for the opportunity and definitely want to return again.

This is a beautiful property that is well-managed by the owner, property manager, and condo association. The owner was very responsive and accommodating before and during our stay. If I return to Cozumel, I will not hesitate in considering this property again. While I have NO complaints, I do one suggestion: more bathroom towels and more bed linens to reduce the amount of washing guests must do during their stay. For prospective guests benefit, I offer the following information: (i) this property is not conveniently located relative to the city (i.e., grocery stores, restaurants, etc.) and taxi rates have increased considerably in the last two years, so if you intend to go into the city more than once or twice (and especially if your group is 4+ people) be circumspect; (ii) the Money Bar is decent food and very good snorkeling, but it is not a typical beach and the food is expensive for the quality; (iii) Bajia de Uvas (which is an easy 7 minute walk) has much better food and a better beach, but the snorkeling is not as good; and (iv) Paradise Beach is decent food and service, but the water off the beach is grossly dirty/stinky and the pool is heated to 90+ degrees (NOT swimmable).

The condo was beautiful, and our hosts were very welcoming. The condo is as nice as it looks in the pictures and very large. The pool is very large, quiet and warm. The tv had more channels than ours at home. We were able to watch all of the NCAA basketball games during the tournament. The view of the ocean was beautiful from the main balcony. We enjoyed watching the snorkeling excursions at the edge of the Money Bar and seeing the cruise ships in the distance.

We stayed in this beautiful condo last year for a week and decided that that was definitely not enough time so we stayed for 2 weeks this March. Two weeks was great because we didn't feel rushed to get everything in and we had more time to relax and explore other beaches & delicious restaurants. The condo is extremely clean, well stocked, perfectly located and as comfortable as it could possibly be. Anis is very responsive and also checked that we had everything we needed. The only downside is that we had to come back home. We're looking forward to our next trip to lovely Cozumel.

We just returned from a magical 1 month stay in Cozumel and I keep pinching ourselves as everything about our experience exceeded our very high expectations. This was to be our dream trip as we step into retirement and a dream it was. We will return and send friends and family but only worry that we won't be able to book again as once people stay here you WILL come back. The island and location is ideal. AND the hosts are the best hosts we have ever had and we travel a ton and have had great hosts. Anise and Karla helped make our vacation smooth and memorable before, during, and after our return. They are passionate about their home and Cozumel and WANT you to be swept off your feet. Well they did just that. The building is gorgeous, high end, quiet yet friendly, beautiful pool and hot top, workout facility, tennis court, and my favorite was that Anise and Karla have 3 bikes. It is a great and safe place to bike and makes you feel so local. And to top it off, just out your door is the Money Bar. We would go for the best snorkeling, sunset, great food, and to dance. Yes, 4 nights a week they have a band and you can't help but kick up your heels. I keep flashing on our magical week and think about who the lucky person is that is there now and enjoying all we did and our morning and evening visits of the flocks of parrots We plan on a yearly return. It is our Lily Pad place in life that you can forget any troubles and truly enjoy and savor paradise.

Condo was a great size and very clean! We traveled with 4 adults and 3 kids (10 & 12) and had plenty of room. Anis was so helpful and responsive with any questions/requests. Attendants were quick to assist during the day with getting umbrellas out at the pool and water temp was perfect. Only suggestion would be to have more towels; we were allotted one per guest so if one got messed up, you had no choice but to do laundry. Also, one of beds was squeaky getting in/out of it. The last items were not a big deal and didn't hinder our trip at all. Just suggestions for future :) Please note that the beach area in front of Money Bar is not what I would consider a true beach area. There is no area for kids to dig in sand or build sand castles; it's just a sandy area with chairs and umbrellas and you can't just walk out to the water (pier access). That being said it is a great snorkeling area but is rocky so don't forget your water shoes!

Staying this beautiful house was an absolute delight! The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The house itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and great restaurants. We especially loved the cozy balcony where we could enjoy our morning coffee with a view. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we'll definitely be booking this place again on our next visit!

Our family had a fabulous week in Cozumel. This was our 4th Cozumel trip as family. When we weren’t scuba diving or snorkeling, we explored new restaurants and enjoyed the cabana beach at Chankanaab. The Landmark condo is stunning … even more beautiful than we expected and the location is perfect across the street from our favorite ocean front restaurant. Taxis are readily available so we didn’t rent a car this trip. You won’t find a more welcoming, hospitable spot anywhere.

We stayed at this property for a week while diving in Cozumel. The owner, Anis was excellent. We had an early flight, he was kind enough to let us check in a bit early. When we arrived, he was there to great us, show us around the condo and made sure we were able to get on wifi. He even gave us his number so we could text if we needed anything or wanted recommendations on places to eat. The condo was exactly as described. It was very clean, the furniturewas quite comfortable and the air conditioner worked like a champ. I mention the air conditioner because we've had issues with the A/c in other tropical condos and hotels. The complex is very nice, well maintained and has nice amenities. Pool, hot tub, gym and even grills it you want to cook out. We didn't use the gym because we were already getting plenty of exercise walking in town and swimming. The location is excellent if you are looking for a quiet retreat like we were. The money bar across the street is a great place for food and drinks. They have happy hour every day from 5 to 7. The drinks were all top shelf and reasonably priced. We ate breakfast there every morning. Getting around We easy also. There is a taxi stand at the money bar, so there are almost always taxis there. On the rare occasion there wasn't one there, the staff will quickly call one for you. I know this was kind of a long review, but there were so many good things about staying at this property. It wasn't "just another VRBO", it was an amazing experience to stay here. We will most definitely stay here next time e we are in Cozumel!

The condo was just beautiful and very well-appointed. Our hosts Anis & Karla were so nice and always responsive with whatever we needed. Ran into them a couple of times at the Money Bar and it was like running into old friends! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals. The rooms were large and we never felt cramped. The washer and dryer was helpful so we didn't have mounds of laundry to do when we arrived home. I have nothing but great things to say about the condo and we're hoping to stay there again for our next annual Cozumel vacation.
