Beautiful home, Perfect location

This beautiful federation home was the perfect place for our family. House had everything we needed and is in the perfect location to access all that Cowes has to offer, shops, food, beautiful beach. We would definately stay again!

Great place and location

Beautiful house, everything you need is there. Located only 1 1/2 blocks from the main strip so leaft the car there. Recommended!

The house had everything we needed; very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, fire wood and so much more. The house is stunning, lots of windows and doors to open, lots of light and room for two families with kids to spread out. Perfect location, 5 min walk to the beach and even closer to the shops. Will definitely stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: The reverse cycle heaters were not working due to 2 being broken and 2 others not working properly due to filters being full of dust .Lucky we had the open fire which provided some warmth the first night . The power went out the first night as well and could not find a working torch .we had to buy electric heaters from the supermarket the second day to warm the rooms up . The baby with us woke up shivering through the night.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely home, close to shops and the beach. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. But there’s a catch. There’s no door to the main ensuite, toilet or shower! The rest of the home is beautifully appointed. It’s such a shame that this privacy factor has been omitted in this room.The property management were very helpful through all stages of the booking process and stay.

Beautiful property in perfect location

This property was perfect for our group of two grandmothers, two teenagers and us. The floor plan worked really well with both grannies having their own comfy beds and ensuites. The house is period in style, feels like home and had all the modern comforts with TVs in the living room and bedrooms, wifi, Netflix and outdoor seating. The location is excellent being just one street in from the main road and closer to the better end of Thompsons Avenue. The agent was very easy to deal with.

3 weeks that became a fabulous 4

Fabulous The home was beautiful and we were very sad to leave. Due to Covid we were able to stay an extra week at very reasonable rates. Thankyou to the Owners for their understanding. Thank you also to Sue from First National who was extremely friendly and accommodating. All in all a wonderful 4 week stay.

Beautiful home with the best location

Stayed for 7 days with my family. Beautiful clean, large home with everything you could want for a family holiday. Just around the corner from shops, restaurants and the beach. Just loved it could have stayed longer.

Cozy Clean Home

We loved our stay, home was so nicely presented and lovely and clean. We had 6 adults 2 kids and 2 babies stay and there was plenty of room. We loved the location we could walk to main street. We used the fire inside and out which was really enjoyable. We also cooked there as there was no shortage of kitchen utensils or appliances. Beds were comfy kids loved it, would have no hesitation staying here again. Thanks

Everything we needed for adult family get together. Well situated for easy access to supermarkets, shops and cafes. House was well appointed with more than adequate kitchen appliances and utensils. A very comfortable weekend. Would highly recommend.

We were thrilled with our 4 night stay in this property. We were a family of 2 adults and 2 children (aged 8&9), along with my elderly parents, and this property fitted us perfectly. The newly, beautifully renovated property felt like a home away from home - the beds were warm, cosy and comfortable, the house was warmly heated (perfect for those freezing winter nights) and we were thrilled we could bring along our little dog with us. This property allowed us to spend quality family time together in a beautiful location, with everything on our door step (the property was perfectly positioned close to shops and beach walks). Thank you for sharing this property with us - we wouldn't consider booking anywhere else upon our next visit to Phillip Isl.
