Overall property was beautiful, clean and relaxing. The hot water to the property was very little not sure why it took so long to get barely warm for showers. Host checked on us and if we would have needed anything they would have reached out. It was a birthday trip for my 2 granddaughters 17 and 15 that love the vampire diaries. We had a wonderful time exploring the town of Covington.

The Butler House was a wonderful stay! The home is beautifully decorated, very clean, and designed to feel both cozy and upscale. The location is perfect, just minutes from downtown Covington. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Butler House! The home was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It was thoughtfully stocked, well maintained, and felt welcoming from the moment we arrived.The location was one of our favorite parts. Being within walking distance of downtown Covington made it so easy to enjoy the shops, restaurants, and the square without having to drive everywhere. At the same time, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.The beds were incredibly comfortable—so much so that everyone in our group was checking the mattress tags to see who made them!Susan was an excellent host. Communication was prompt, check-in and check-out were seamless, and it was obvious she takes great pride in making sure her guests have a wonderful experience.We were in town visiting family, and Butler House was the perfect place to stay. We wouldn't hesitate to book again the next time we're in Covington. Highly recommend!

This is the cottage to choose!

All the amenities, beautiful decor, perfectly clean, and ideal location to walking trails and downtown. Love the private backyard and porch seating. This place felt like home!
