"The property was amazing. Things I didn’t like, it was a basement unit, and always cool. No way to control the temperature ( that I could find) in the unit. The only parking is on the street. I had to plan ahead what to bring in. The neighbors in the back, had an Apple tree. There were yucky, dead apples all along the path to the back and the stairs. I was visiting my grandson in the UW district. Was very convenient for that "

"My family and I had a wonderful stay here.The owners were extremely communicative about the rules , keys , etc.The apartment was clean & had plenty of room for our family of 5 .. as well as most amenities that may be needed during the stay. The accessible gym & rooftop access were nice as well. And we were within walking distance for all the activities we had planned for our weekend. Having a place to park was nice too. Great place to stay from start to finish . "

"This beautiful condo was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near a variety of activities in Seattle. There was plenty of space for my family of four (two adult daughters, my husband, and me). We loved the amenities (parking space, patio, basic necessities, and washer/dryer) and the walkability of the area. Our host, Allen, did a great job of checking in by email throughout our stay and promptly responding to our questions. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay...

"Getting into the building was difficult and we understand the HOA is working on it. Great location. Numerous restaurants and bars within easy walking. Studio is very clean and all amenities were great especially the coffee maker. "
