I generally believe that advertisements for holiday rentals will always be presented as better than what they really are. In this case, the complete opposite was true.
From the moment of booking, Becky will make sure to do everything within her power to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. She is extremely friendly and responsive, and enormously helpful to make sure everything will fit your needs. I chose this place because we wanted a private pool to enjoy our first holiday with a baby, without having to be constantly on the move. It is the perfect place for couples, larger families or a small family like ours.
Plenty of baby stuff at the house, such as a high chair, an audio monitor, a cot/play pen saved us from having to bring some large items while traveling. Becky will make sure to help prevent as much hassle as possible and we were provided with great information on what to keep in mind, recommendations etc.
The house is very close to the airport, but we only rarely heard any plane noises. Harriet was there to welcome us in a wonderfully clean, spacious and beautiful house that really does feel like a home away from home, with fresh sheets on the beds and soft towels in the bathrooms. As much as I anticipated not having hotel-like service at a rental, we really did get that feeling.
Harriet is extremely friendly and really was available whenever we needed her for sometimes the tiniest things. The pool was amazing, and allowed us to stay in and enjoy our time at the villa (with both sun and shade options throughout the day) which we alternated with some beach visits. We've been pleasantly surprised by the sight of monkeys, hummingbirds and fireflies in the garden. We ended up renting a car for two days to see more the island, which to us was enough, as most beaches are close enough to go by taxi. Our privacy was respected and all our potential needs were anticipated. I would love to give helpful feedback to make it an even better experience for future guests, but I honestly cannot, as our expectations were beyond exceeded.
I cannot recommend this place highly enough.
