"Very pleased. House had nice details and an abundance of useful accessories. I usually bring my own knives but it has plenty of sharp knives for cooking. I usually bring my speaker but it has Sonos connected throughout - even outside. I usually bring a coffee maker but the place has 3 different types! Drip, cups and an espresso maker. While I usually don’t give second thought, the ice maker in the house makes me want to buy that kind. An abundance of beach towels at the ready. Fussball,...

"My stay at this rental was deeply unsettling and unsafe. The apartment itself has a creepy, neglected vibe, and it only got worst. A serious safety issue occured when a teenager in our group fell through a rotted, unstable deck/ a terrifying and completely preventable accident. Even more concerning, the entrance code to our apartment was the same code used for all other units in the building. This made me feel extremely unsafe as anyone from another unit could have accessed ours at any time....

"We had such a wonderful stay at this home in Rhode Island! The house was spotless, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed — even toiletries, which was such a thoughtful touch. It truly felt like a home away from home. Edward was an amazing host, friendly, responsive, and made sure our stay was perfect from start to finish. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again!"

"I love older houses, this one was charming, clean and pefect for our family. It had a fully fenced back yard for the dog, a pond and wasn't far from anything. A great stay!"
