"It's a pretty setting and the room was clean. They seemd a little short staffed and, although the food was good, the tables were dirty and (bizarrely) the host told us the half empty restuarant was 'fully booked'. When we saw many empty tables, we asked the bar tender if it would be possible to order food and he was happy to oblige! Also, the lighting in our room was broken, the only way to have light was to keep the harsh overhead light on. The receptionist promised to send a service person but...

"The room was very clean and comfortable. However there was no remote for the tv and the telephone did not connect to reception. The staff provided us with a remote that did not work so that involved another walk back to reception. A very pleasant member of staff came back with me and ensured a further remote worked. Later on the tv. pixilated and did not work probably due to loose connection which we couldn't fix.
Breakfast was very comprehensive and well done."
