"Stay away! Do not book this place. I wouldn't even put a student in here. The location is 10/10 but the rest is probably 1/10. The shower cubicle is 50cm², paint was peeling off the ceilings. When we arrived, we were met with a poster on the door saying it was illegal to short let the room. We booked 2 nights and left after 1 as it was so bad. The cost should be around £40 a night but it was closer to £200! There are 4 flights of stairs with no lift. I cant believe Expedia are still...

"Great rental. Spacious and clean, with everything we needed. Full kitchen, and especially nice to have a microwave. Location was perfect; every convenience was nearby. Loved having the balcony overlooking The Strand. Fortunately, bedroom was quiet. Communication with the hosts was fantastic. We would definitely rent again."

"Check in process was very labor intensive (needed passports uploaded plus a different link with our confirmation number). So we arrive not knowing we didn’t get our door code for entry. Irritated but ok. We went next door to have wine and complete our process thinking once we get our entrance code we can drop off bags and meet our friends, only to find out that the place was not cleaned. Dirty towels, bed, toilet, etc. we had to quickly book another place, walk over, and were very late to...

"Centrally located in a safe neighborhood near great shops, restaurants, theater, nightlife and museums. Everything was just as described in the listing. Very good communication from management team. We loved the lift!"

"If I could give this property 6 stars I would. It was spacious, clean, and in a perfectly central location for visiting London. It was also surprisingly quiet, due to being situated on a smaller side street. All in all, it is a fantastic place to stay."
