"Stay away! Do not book this place. I wouldn't even put a student in here. The location is 10/10 but the rest is probably 1/10. The shower cubicle is 50cm², paint was peeling off the ceilings. When we arrived, we were met with a poster on the door saying it was illegal to short let the room. We booked 2 nights and left after 1 as it was so bad. The cost should be around £40 a night but it was closer to £200! There are 4 flights of stairs with no lift. I cant believe Expedia are still...

"Centrally located in a safe neighborhood near great shops, restaurants, theater, nightlife and museums. Everything was just as described in the listing. Very good communication from management team. We loved the lift!"

"This picture shows a view from high up. We were finally able to get the keys the day after we were supposed to check in. Terrible process. The unit the keys fit were for one on the 1st floor and did not look like the picture at all.Not many penthouse apts with a number like 101.This seems very fraudulent! Nice sounding people who didn’t meet our expectations in any way.We ended in a hotel instead. Did not stay 10 minutes! "

"We traveled to London specifically to see a show on the west end, so the location of this flat was excellent. It was close to underground stations and walking distance to lots of shopping and theaters. For anyone with mobility challenges, note that there are 64 steps up to the flat. We would definitely stay here again."

"The property was well maintained and stocked with thoughtful essentials for guests. Great communication with the host and overall amazing location. Would absolutely recommend and stay there again. 10/10"
