Tasteful spacious 1 bedroom apartment with PRIVATE POOL, balcony and patios

Our 1 bedroom apartment is the top half of a house on the outskirts of the village Couze, between Bergerac and Sarlat, and is an ideal starting point for exploring the Dordogne Valley. We are 25 mins from Bergerac Airport and near the bastide villages of Lalinde, Beaumont and Issigeac.
In the apartment the living room has 2 settees, pine furniture, a large plasma TV and a wood burning fire and leads out to an enclosed patio with barbecue, seating bench, table and chairs. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with large fridge/freezer, electric oven, 4 gas hobs, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, Tassimo coffeemaker and everything from a wok to a raclette. A water filtration system has been installed so bottled water doesn't need to be bought! French doors lead out to a balcony where you can sit and look down over the terrace and pool area or at the surrounding countryside. The balcony has a spiral staircase leading down to this area. The pool, which is private and for the guests' use only, is 8m×4m, there are 2 sunbeds with mattresses, 2 other sunbeds, table and chairs, outdoor seating furniture and a second barbecue. Everything you need for an enjoyable holiday!
The bedroom has a double bed, 1 wardrobe, 1 chest of drawers and overlooks the terrace, pool and rose garden. The bathroom has 2 handbasins, toilet, Italian shower, hairdryer and washing machine. The apartment is 80 squared metres, is tastefully decorated throughout and is very comfortable.There is plently of parking in front of the house and wifi is available too. The double bed will be made up for our guests and towels/tea towels are also included.
