The hotel didn’t feel very welcoming. The bar area was an extension of the reception.
Apart from myself going to reception to enquire about something, no hotel staff engaged with us for our stay.
Breakfast was confusing- all the tables were reserved, so we weren’t allocated a specific table and the staff seemed reluctant to put us anywhere. This happened each of the 4 mornings. Also the egg chef was very moody and monosyllabic.
The hotel didn’t do ski passes! Unusual for a ski hotel. The receptionist offered to help me on the app on my phone as it was in italian. I told her I wanted a 3-day pass for 2 adults. When we collected the passes the following day at the ski lift office , she had booked us a 1 day ski pass for 6 people! I wasn’t able to get a refund and rebook. This ended up costing us quite a lot more money than we needed to pay! 😟
The shuttle to and from the hotel to gondola was unreliable.
Any finally no towelling robes were available in the room to go to the spa, when I enquired, I was told you had to rent them!
