First I would like to say, the property is lovely, and the home is well equipped and is very cozy. My issue is that this listing is deceptive, you are not renting an entire home if you read the fine print. After booking, the full information from Vacasa will expand on the unit downstairs, however what it does not mention is that this cabin is not insulated in the slightest; you can hear every conversation downstairs and they will complain about your walking above their heads. What is specifically not mentioned until after booking, is that the hot-tub amenities are shared with the other unit’s guests. I personally am not interested in sharing essentially bath water with strangers, so I contacted customer service. The host then reached out to me and I will say she was less than kind. If you are looking for privacy and don’t want to wait in line to use the hot-tub, it’s a skip.
