This vacation home was so beautiful and serene, from the many wonderful touches in the decor, to the flameless candles and dimmable lighting, to the beautiful deck and furniture and the phenomenal view of Puget Sound. We spent many hours on the deck enjoying the view and watching the various cruise ships silently sail through the Sound. It was incredibly peaceful and just what we needed. We also greatly appreciated how well-stocked it was with kitchenware, pans, decent knives, etc. The large master bath was just right for two of us and the large walk in closet in the master was really nice to have. This is a beautiful home with a beautiful view in a very quiet neighborhood. We’ll be back for sure!

I had a fantastic weeklong stay at Sea Turtle House in August, my third year in a row visiting Whidbey Island. I've stayed in different homes each year, and I can say without hesitation that this house was the best outfitted - hands-down. If you're a cook, you will find everything you need and more in the lovely kitchen, where the sink overlooks the water. Coffee lover? I've never seen such an amazing selection for use. The views from the deck are even better than what's pictured, and the propery grounds - both front and back - are immaculate. Chace was so fast to respond to even the silliest questions. I WILL be staying here again as my first repeat vacation home on the island.

Except for a very minor hitch in receiving the entry code, the entire stay could not have been better! Our host was very responsive at all times. The facility was uniquely furnished and unbelievably stocked! The grounds were well maintained and absolutely beautiful!. One of the most relaxing stays we have ever encountered! We hope this home will be available for our next island stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have rented a lot of homes and this is one of the best! The house is immaculate and very well stocked. The gardens are lovely, with water features in both the front and back yard. The view is even better than the pictures. Chace is a great host. We highly recommend!

My sisters and I were looking for a place we could enjoy time with each other in, and yet have some nice outings from. The location worked well for all of that. Both home and yard were beautiful. However by the pictures, we got the impression that the beach was right out from the home.It was actually quite a hike down a path down the street, and more than one of my sisters could do.

Another wonderful stay!

We just had another wonderful stay at the Turtle House on beautiful Whidbey Island. This property is spotlessly clean and the view from the patio is stunning. Sitting out there listening to the birds and watching the boat traffic in the shipping lanes is paradise. If you need to relax, this is the place.

Beautiful location, house has absolutely everything you need!!

What a wonderful place, the house was so clean and well equipped! We had the most amazing time just walking to the local beach, exploring local state parks and sitting on the deck in the sun. We couldn’t fault anything and the tv choices were fab! Thank you for our lovely wine and biscuits too! We would love to come back!

Slice of Paradise!

We stay in VRBO's frequently and this was one of the best experiences we've had. It was clear that this was a beloved property and meticulously cared for. The outdoor landscaping was thoughtful, colorful and creative. The views from the deck were spectacular. The kitchen was very well appointed with all types of coffee. We walked the beach daily and enjoyed the short drive into Coupeville. Many thanks to Chace for taking care of all of the small details.

Beautiful Water Property & Water Setting

From the moment we chose this property for a mini-vacation, we knew we were set for an extraordinary time. Communication with the owners: superb. Ease of accessing the property: couldn’t have been better. Accommodations and location of the home: a dream come true. We live in Washington state and we felt as though we had entered an entirely different travel location at this home. And it was very obvious to us that pride of ownership was thoroughly evident in the upkeep of the home. It truly became a home away from home for us. Such a pleasant stay.

Sea Turtle House

The home was spacious and comfortable. The view lovely and the home was well equipped and very clean. The decor is Hawaiian and very entertaining, if unexpected. The only criticism I would have is that the rules are somewhat overwhelming. The cancellation policy is harsh and it would have been much more accommodating to us if we could have brought our small, non shedding well travelled well behaved dog with us.

Beautiful, peaceful home, wonderful host

My parents spent four peaceful, enjoyable overnights at the Sea Turtle House, their second vacation in this beautiful, clean, quiet, and comfortable home. Chace welcomed them with extra touches: a bottle of cold wine, Godiva chocolates, and bags of food for the koi, which were fun to feed. They appreciated the comfortable beds, views of Admiralty Bay through spacious windows, walls filled with colorful artwork, kitchen stocked with ample utensils and dishware, and the lovely landscaped gardens in front and back. They felt refreshed and relaxed when they departed for their home in Portland.

Well equipped, comfortable beds, beautiful outdoor deck facing water, the gardens surrounding property are beautiful and a Koi pond full of fish. Peaceful retreat.
