The home was ridiculously magical! 7 out of 7 of us were overwhelmed by how beautiful it was. And all the amenities were fabulous. We were so grateful for the bottle of Prosecco, so kind! All of us are looking forward to next December. We celebrate 2 birthdays this month. It's just the perfect place.

The most gracious hosts! This is the standard all properties should aspire to. I had five people total for our one week stay. The kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen I’ve even been in with enough pots, pans, dishes, utensils drink ware etc, in addition to everything you would need to cook and flavor any dish. They also had plastic wrap, aluminum foil and a very generous coffee and tea bar fully stocked. Additionally, the bathrooms had amenities like cosmetic wipes, cotton pads, Q-tips, etc that just makes any stay more comfortable. The property itself is beautiful! Each room was thoughtfully decorated and practically every room had an en suite, perfect for our group. It was spacious with beautiful sitting areas where we were all more than comfortable as a group to gather. I would highly recommend staying here with a group of adults. Because of the antiques and other beautiful and precious items in this house, I would recommend this be an adults only property.

This was the perfect getaway. Plenty of room to spread out. Loved the feeling of history surrounding me. The house design, furniture, Tiffany lamps, giant claw foot tub, architectural embellishments. The butlers pantry was awesome. The kitchen was well appointed. Lots of equipment and spices for us that love to cook. Even a double oven, extra large gas stove top. The organ is a great addition. My mother and grandfather would have loved this place.Bedrooms are to die for and yes, super comfy. Love, love the staircase. The sunroom is a must to just sit and relax. Would definitely recommend a stay if you are considering this beautiful home as an option. I would stay here again in a heartbeat

Our family enjoyed our stay in the historic Kineth House in Coupeville. The 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms were perfect for us. All the bedrooms are beautifully decorated with period furniture and some antiques upstairs. The two simple rooms downstairs were perfect for the kids. There were plenty of pillows, blankets, etc. Beds were very comfortable. Ceiling fans were nice to have. The kitchen is well-stocked with every small appliance you need, sharp knives, and plenty of quality spices and herbs. The house was stocked with soaps, TP, paper towels, etc. The large table seats 10 comfortably. There were plenty of dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware. The pool table provided good family entertainment and most bedrooms had a TV. The house is about three blocks from the waterfront which made it very walkable for us. We could not have asked for a better house, accommodation, and location. There are fragile and antique pieces of furniture, so children should be closely watched. The stairs are steep - something to keep in mind. We'd highly recommend the Kineth House for large family gatherings.

We had the most amazing visit at the Kinith house. It was very well stocked with supplies and so comfortable. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us and we hope to return for another stay sometime in the future.

Girls getaway

Perfect getaway for a family of women who appreciate Victorian style homes and vintage decor. This was an exciting surprise property for all of the guests. Great common spaces and perfect bedrooms and bathrooms. It was pretty amazing how quiet the home is given its age. Nice to be able to walk to restaurants and shops too.

College Roommates - Celebrating 75th birthdays

This is a wonderful house and was perfect for our group of 8. There are several areas to gather and the large dining room table was the best! The kitchen was so well stocked! It was a wonderful experience.

Fabulous!

My adult siblings and I stay in short term rental properties multiple times a year, in locations all over Washington.We all agreed that this house was fabulous!Definitely THE most well equipped/stocked kitchen. Plus great beds, fluffy towels, small thoughtful touches in the baths, lots of room for being together, as well as areas for smaller groups to gather and talk quietly. Although we didn't spend anytime on the deck or in the yard (not quite warm enough), the looked quite inviting and I'm sure add to the charm of the home.The location gave us easy access to downtown, as well as walking the neighborhoods, and getting out to destinations away from town.We would recommend this place to friends, family and other travelers looking for a comfortable place for a large group to gather.

Great House but use Caution

Overall, the property was clean, location was great for our family event, amenities as described. A few negatives; as mentioned in the remarks, the stairs leading to the upper level are steep. If you have elders or children, keep them on the first floor! We had a slip/fall that put one guest in the hospital! Also, shower floors are slippery. Property manager could be more responsive. These are the only reasons my review gets a 4 instead of 5.

Fabulous

Loved the beautifully decorated vintage rooms. Christmas tree was beautiful. Big table great for family games. Family gathered for our 50th Wedding Anniversary. Perfect location just 3 blocks to shops and restaurants. Everybody got their own room and was very happy!!

Fantastic Stay in Coupeville

We had 3 families with children stay in this charming house between Christmas and New Years . The host had a nicely decorated Christmas tree in the living room to enhance the atmosphere, with another small one in the dinning area. The house has a feeling of history, but it also feels like a place that makes you feel comfortable. All the bathrooms are updated, all the bedrooms were roomy and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and the cabinets were labelled making it easy to find utensils or cookware. We loved being located within easy walking distance of downtown, the water, the library, and the park. Everyone felt it was a fantastic stay.

Great gathering place

Everything was well stocked and cleaned. Great location to wander around! We enjoyed all kinds of different cups from the Butler's pantry. The whole group could sit together at the dining table. Depending on where you are sitting on the table, you might have a tight space to walk around someone to go back to the kitchen. There is no communal bathroom on the first floor. There are five bathrooms and you can always go back to your room to use your bathroom. It was actually nice to have your own bathroom with the bedroom where you're staying. The kitchen was open to where folks would hang out.
