Upon our arrival, the dining room, kitchen floors and countertops were covered in what appeared to be sawdust. After contacting the property management, we were made aware a maintenance worker had been in the house and had not cleaned up their mess. The property management offered to have someone clean the house, but we took care of it. The trashcan outside was completely full upon arrival. We were instructed to leave the trash inside the house and it would be taken care of when we left. The dishwasher was not working and were only told when we sent a message to the property management. We stayed during the summer and the AC in the entire house could not hold temperature and it was the worst in the master bedroom. Upon arrival there was a box fan in the master bedroom running, so it indicated the issue was known the property management. One of the days the landscapers arrived to do work in the backyard and another day someone was checking the hot tub, however there was no prior notification of them coming, appearing in the backyard which is slightly concerning when we had our elementary age children playing in the yard.With this said, the place was as the pictures showed and described. When property management was contacted, they were quick to answer through email and text message. Any one of these things would not have been a problem had we known, however the property management seemed to be aware of all of the issues and we were not informed prior to arrival.
