"Didn’t like the fact that I had to ask for towels both days that I was there. The room was not made up and when I asked for them to bring towels and toilet paper, they just pulled the covers up on the bed. Hotel was otherwise clean."

"We had a delay at check in because there was only one person working. She was so kind and professional when we did check in. The room was nice enough for a short stay. The breakfast attendant did not keep the breakfast full. When she did refill the milk, she let it overflow and walked out without cleaning the area. She was not friendly to anyone in the breakfast area. The tables stayed messy and the next person had to clean the area before sitting while she stood in a corner and watched. We...

"This property is immaculate! Bedrooms are HUGE and open space of kitchen and great room is an EXCELLENT gathering area...and at the back of the house - so no outside disturbances. Great location to navigate both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores along with inland communities. Although we had some challenges with the internet; service staff was extremely helpful (over a holiday) and rectified the situation in a timely manner. HIGHLY recommend this property. "

"Pague extra por habitación frente a la alberca pero me dieron un cuarto hasta la esquina entonces jamás podía ver la alberca. Necesitaba estar checando a mi hija de 8 años! Lo peor fue encontrar basura de comida y cajas de comida en el balcón . Decidí ir a recepción y explicar la situación y me dieron otro cuarto justo abajo del otro donde de igual manera no se veía la alberca!"

"I rated a 4 because you couldn’t get a better location. The beach is directly behind the condo, shops and restaurants are in walking distance, and if you had any questions the front desk was quick to respond. The cons: T he strong musty smelll in the condo, there are water stains on the couch, my son tired to sleep on the pull out sofabed and said there was a metal bar sticking in his back. We had some trouble with the toilet, We weren’t given enough towels for 4 nights, and the laundry they...
