"Every furnishing and carpet white, so anxiety inducing. However, lovely space, if chilly. First evening marred by no hot water. However, after tracking down a tel no, the owner came out and got pressure back up. Attributed to a slow leak"

"No complaints at all about the property it was spotless and in a perfect location. Parking was secure and well organised. Our only compliant is that we checked out over a week ago and have still not received a refund of the deposit by bank transfer as promised even though we were informed it was being paid. We stay in a lot of holiday lets with refundable deposits and have never had to use a bank transfer system before. Using a credit card guarantee is in our view far better as bank transfers...

"This is a lovely property, managed by a friendly and responsive host. I very much appreciated the high standard of cleanliness, especially with the linen which was impeccable. The property is close to the racecourse, to the Brewery Quarter and to the university. Very quiet and peaceful at night. Thank you Mo for your attentiveness. "

"The management company were absolutely terrible, we had a broken fridge was not working. Not matter what we said, even after they said they attended themselves and then sent an engineer (we were not present both occasions) following morning. They reported it was working and said the only issue was that the exceptional hot weather may cause the fridge to not working! The freezer section was working so couldn't be the case. Anyway avoid at all costs"

"Sweet little cabin right on the trail. It is a 18 Uber ride into town so come prepared. Beautiful home and property away from the city! Can’t recommend it enough!"
