"The property was very clean with all amenities for a vacation. Eva and the Team, provided everything you required for our stay. Check-in details was provided in advance of arrival and was clear to o tain the keys. The premises is sutuated close to the city centre and other amenities. So walking is an option if able. "Location is perfect, merely a 5 minute walk and you are in Cheltenham centre right by the brewery quarter, plenty of choice for food all within minutes of the apartment. The gentleman that checked us in on reception was so friendly and informative. The suite was the Milano, it was spacious and clean but the only complaint was it could do with a little maintenance. Handles missing off the drawers in the bedroom, towel pegs hanging out of the doors, no remote for the TV in the bedroom, main TV...

"The road outside is a little noisy but the bed is incredibly comfortable. Kitchen facilities are excellent and room has WiFi and Sky TV (although the TV can't be easily seen from the bed). Shower was good - certainly hot enough, and toiletries provided were a nice touch. "

"Great location. Super clean and upgraded facility. Plenty of space for 3 people. Excellent communication with the host. Packing garage was a challenge for our volvo station wagon but with stiff nerves and guts we did get it in with the outside mirrors closed 😥"
