"The property was as described with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. It was nice and spacious inside, and my friends and I really enjoyed sitting on the front porch and the hot tub. It’s also close to some shops and restaurants that we could walk to. The home had a couple of quirks, like a janky, slightly dangerous dishwasher and the dark paint and dim lighting in the half bath that made it difficult to use. Overall, we did enjoy the home for its location and size."

"This is our new happy place! Everything was as pictured, location is amazing, and the little touches (like bags of ice and extra beach towels) made us feel so welcomed! We Will be staying here again!!"

"The property was attractive, well-maintained and suited our needs. We wanted a place that was close to our relatives we were visiting in Naples, easy to get to and from, with a kitchen! All the people we met or had any interaction with were welcoming and helpful. We would recommend the Gardenia to anyone!"

"Location was absolutely wonderful for a short weekend trip to Fort Myers Beach. Right on beach, in the heart of restaurants and bars. The unit was very clean and accommodating for our needs. Private roof entrance and lounge area had amazing views of the gulf! We stayed on the weekend, so Saturday night karaoke at the adjacent bar was a bit loud but there was enough white noise in the apartment to drown out the screaming. "

Great location - if you're looking for a safe, clean, easy in and out location in Sarasota near Siesta Key bridge - this is it! We'll be back, highly recommend"

"I stayed here with my 18 year old daughter and we loved everything about our stay! Close to the beach along with a pool to cool off in afterwards. The bungalow was the perfect size for the two of us. We are looking forward to coming back next year. "

"The bedrooms could use some curtains to block out the light. The only other issue we had was how loud the main road was outside the property. If you are a light sleeper it may be a problem. I found that the host was very easy to reach and accommodating. Location is great "

"Me gusto mucho en general, la unica parte que pueden mejorar es la limpieza , la alfombra de la entrada del hotel se ve un poco sucia y el baño de la habitacion le faltaba un poco de detalle en la limpieza , por lo demas muy bueno todo muchas actividades para hacer mucha seguridar en las atracciones del parque de agua , y por la comida no es problema hay varios sitios cerca , me gusto mucho un restaurante cubano se llama Habana Libre muy buena la comida y la atencion , también visite el centro de la ciudad de Naples muy bello todo , recomiendo mucho este Hotel lo volveria a repetir , espero tomen en cuenta el detalle de la limpieza. "
