"Unit was good , slightly dated but functional. Ac in master made a gurgling noise. Unit is on third floor which is not advertised. Unit has closet with beach stuff which was handy. Locating the unit in the dark upon our arrival was difficult as property is dimly lit. Overall was decent place to stay . "

Although we didn’t take advantage of the pool, we enjoyed visiting numerous nearby beaches.We did have some difficulty navigating the TV system, and unfortunately there were no instructions to help. "the host was available and responsive when needed. i booked at the last minute, and was graciously accommodated. the room was as in photos. very clean with all amenities needed for a pleasant visit. you can’t beat the location! I was a resident on Kauai for 10 years, and being in Poipu was a desirable area since it is convenient to restaurants and shopping if that’s of interest for you. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again myself in the future. "

Beach access is a short walk to the main lawn and then onto an outstanding beach. The property has a wonderful Breakfast Cafe as well. Our unit was very comfortable with everything you would need."
