" We love the location and have stayed here on a few occasions. We love how the hotel is so pet friendly. It’s accessible to Bournemouth and Swanage, plenty of walks from the hotel and close to the beach (especially for an early morning/ evening swim). Our dinner was lovely and the breakfast is plentiful. "

"This hotel is located in an amazing location with Poole Harbour to one side and the sea to the other, both accessible from the hotel. The staff are polite and professional. The housekeeping is impressive. Although the building is looking a little tired, the ambience, staff members and service make up for it. Breakfast is as expected with variety on offer to cater to most dietary requirements. The dining/eating area could be made a little more attractive as the layout seems rather formal....

"This is the fifth hotel I've stayed at in Brighton in this price range, and it's the first one where the wifi signal is strong *and* I don't hate the shower! Therefore it is my new favorite hotel in Brighton. On top of that, it's just super charming. My room was cozy, I didn't have a view but I don't care. The bed was comfortable and there was no excessive noise. I did notice there didn't seem to be any kind of fan or air conditioning, so I might hesitate to stay here in warmer months. All of...

"This hotel is a real gem, ideally situated right next to the beautiful beach, we went to sleep hearing the sound of the waves. The room was clean and had a proper hairdryer, so no fighting with keeping a button pushed in, and generous mugs for a lovely cup of tea, with biscuits! Lots of free parking right outside the hotel. Hotel staff were all super helpful. "
