"Kula is a lovely property. The apartments are well presented, spacious and comfortable. The location is also great and walkable to the beach and mall. There were some issues with one of the lifts not working, however the team communicated quickly and clearly and it was rectified the next day. I would suggest the addition of stoppers on all of the doors, as they bang onto the wardrobe mirrors and could cause breakage. There is also one needed on the outside of the mirror bathroom cabinet. "We spent time here 7 years ago unfortunately nothing has changed since then even the shaggy disgusting mat in front of the couch .The crockery and glassware were dirty the pillows ,sheets and towels look like they have been there since we were there 7 years ago .On top of the stay it costs $4 for every wash or dry for clothes .The kitchen essentials are extremely minimalistic overall it was a pretty bad experience for such a nice view this accommodation needs updating."
