Our only but is the room service/restaurant, as we always had to go down to order, despite having the menu in the room. "Buena playa, de resto nada especial. La decoración no es de mi gusto. La atención muy mala, parece que a los rumanos les molesta que los turistas vayan a Rumania. No entienden ni inglés ni español. No dan recomendaciones...en general muy malo el servicio."

"Very nice hotel but the staff need more training regarding customer service. That have not cleaned or changed the towels after first day! It’s a 5*hotel and should be done daily! The front desk ladies didn’t informed us about the WiFi password, breakfast and lunch time or to call when the room was ready for check in. Breakfast was okay, but can be better and should have fresh food not displayed (leftovers) second day as well!"
