"We had a lovely stay. Unfortunately our TV did not work but the reception staff member upgraded us to a suite and we had a lovely stay . The staff were very lovely at the bar and reception and worked really hard . Thank you . You were appreciated by us. "

"Lovely hotel, our room was great and breakfast fantastic. Didn’t use the pool, fitness centre or spa so can’t comment but they looked nice. Did do a 7km walk run on one of the recommended routes around the hotel which was very scenic. We’ll definitely return when the build is finished and new restaurant is open."

"We visited the property as we were going to meet our relatives who live in Saltburn. The hotel was lovely and the breakfast superb.We will use it again. "
