"The apartment was great, conveniently located for Newcastle City Center (within a short walk, or short hop on the Metro), Jesmond Metro station and restaurants and cafes in the local area. Check in via the adjacent Holiday Inn was quick and efficient and access to parking (free with the apartment!) was easy. "Great affordable student accommodation. The space was exactly as advertised. The kitchen worked well, and i was able to prepare my own meals. Excellent wifi and plenty of outlets in the space. One of the best accommodations I've stayed in, and far better than even my own university housing."

"I don't think this place should be on hotels.com. It is not a hotel. It is more like a bedsit. There is no reception. It is in a very dodgy area. Rubbish on the sidewalk. A homeless man with his pants down in the alley next to it. And my room smelled like the smoking area at a retirement home. You are given a code to get into the front door and your room. I had to call to get mine and it was confusing. The cleaning lady I met was nice and the bed was reasonable. I never did find the bathroom...
