"Condo and property location was excellent! Listed with indoor pool that looked amazing in photos but is closed for construction currently. The closed pool wasn’t communicated so make sure to ask if this is important. Overall, great place! We would return."

Everyone at Ocean Sands was friendly and helpful. The check in and check out process was super easy too. The Tiki Bar and recreation area at the resort are great amenities included with this rental. "Beautiful, well decorated space. Nice location, restaurant on the river a quick walk across the street. The only negative for us was that the open ceiling design, while visually interesting, meant that the bedrooms shared an open air ceiling that also opened to the living space, so you need to be extra quiet when a kid is asleep in the morning or if one person is going to bed earlier then the rest. Overall a great place to stay!"

"This was one of our favorite stays. The owners went the extra mile for sure. We were comfortable and well taken care of. The apartment was clean and quiet. The staff was exceptional. One night we could not find parking and the owner saw us, he offered to keep our vehicle in a safe place until morning. We received fresh towels daily. Our dogs were welcomed. Would definitely stay again with my family. "

"The pictures online are extremely deceiving this place is super small the bathroom lacks any electricity or space to put anything in or on there is no place to put your clothing the paint is chipping literally on the back door of the bathroom and other spaces the only outlets usable were on the lamps and an extension cord that was in the kitchen linked to the two appliances"
