"Very nice place! We enjoyed our stay. A bit over-priced compared to other places we've stayed at, but it was very nice. We had enough beds for our large family, which is our primary reason for choosing this location. Close to the beach, which was nice. Master bedroom mattress is not the most comfortable for older people with back issues. Working with management was great!"

"This property has everything you need for a friends weekend. Pickelball, pool, basketball, even golf hitting net were all used by our group and we enjoyed the TV room and large outdoor space. Takes a little navigating to get there, but the directions were well done and communication with the owner was great. They were very responsive to all of our questions. Would highly recommend this place for groups."

"The house is welcoming, with several different seating areas inside and out. We particularly enjoyed the screened in porch and the chairs by the water. Kitchen is very well equipped. The property is about a mile and a half walk to St. Michael’s. The management company is quite responsive. "

"What a great vacation!! Our family and another family (11 total people), absolutely loved this place. Very spacious, very clean and very comfortable! The sunsets were amazing! The location is close to everything you need in driving range. I can’t say anything more than that I will always try to book this place every year I go to OC! This was by far our favorite place to stay and I have been going to OC for the last 40 years! Book this early and book it fast, you and your family will love it! "

"We all had a great time. The house had everything you could want: very large living areas, dining area, kitchen and super sized bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. 5 minute walk to the beach! Like other reviews a NEW lock box is needed….. VERY difficult and extremely awkward to use. One other thing, could you do something about the traffic leaving town on Saturday morning??? It took us 2 hrs to go 25 miles! "

"Great vacation property. There was plenty of space for four adults and two teenagers to enjoy time together, but also relax and have their own personal space. It has a very beachy feel and the kitchen is stocked with all your cooking and entertaining needs. The unit looked clean upon arrival, but it was also nice to have access to a vacuum cleaner and other cleaning tools to use if you would like to do a quick clean before or after your use of the space.
