"This Property is in an excellent, quiet, safe neighborhood less than a block from the 'Annapolis' water...meaning lots of boating goin on. Each window has at least a partial view of the water. The entire building is well maintained. The location is easy to find and is only a short walk from downtown via a bridge you will absolutely want to walk! The Condo is on a middle floor of the building but there was never any noise from the unit above or below. The persons I met were gracious and relaxed...

"This was our 5th trip to North Beach and our 4th time at a condo in Southwinds, and we have never been disappointed. Jenn and Mike, our hosts this time, provided all the information we needed to feel comfortable in their home. We found it exactly as pictured. NB has 5 good restaurants within walking distance and at least 2 more within a 5 minute drive. The boardwalk is great for walking at anytime of day. "I had a wonderful stay at this place! It is SUPER clean and close to lots of things; easy to get to where you want to go from there. I was staying in town for a conference, and it’s a 5-7 minute walk to the convention center. The owners have thought of everything-so many cute little touches in the loft. It’s a whole vibe in there! Great experience and I would definitely stay there again!"

"Room was modestly equipped. Weather was chilly but the building had turned off all central heating so we used a space heater. That was an indication of things to come. Very poor building maintenance. Door handles nearly falling off, cost savings everywhere. Climax was an emergency evacuation due to a building water leak.
