"From beginning to end the property manager was was always interested in our booking. And took care to make sure both transfers and car rental wee arranged. The staff were attentive but not suffocating. The food Lucy prepared was authentic Dominican cuisine. Simple but satisfying. The property is private with amazing views and clean pool. Very safe and secure property. The property, especially the interior could use some updating. Overall would recommend. "

"The location is perfect for some activities we do in that area and it is close to our friends. There is a little convenience store close by and a great restaurant on the beach. A short walk to the highway where you have access to public transportation so that you experience local color depending on how adventuresome you are. Jumbo, a large superstore, is only 3 km away. The upgrades Miguelina has made since our last stay are great. If we have any questions, she is always available to help."

"We stayed in three different locations during our weeklong stay. Cabarete, Las Terrenas and Sosua. This place was closest to the action and the views are amazing! Loved sitting on the balcony watching the kite surfers. Unit could use some updating but it was still very comfortable! "

"Location of this dept is exellent as its located on the Malecon (street right by the beach) and a very short walk to one of the major grocery stores in the city (La Serina). If you can not do stairs this is not the spot for you as its on the third floor. All and all a pretty good spot."
