"The Management shows little concern for the reality of their guest’s experiences. We left the property this morning after a four day stay. During the stay, we informed them each day that TV didn’t work. They apologized, but NEVER repaired or mitigated the situation. I booked out room as an individual using a mobility scooter. Despite having a ramp onto the deck, there was no ramp into the hotel, and no grab bars in the restroom, despite management’s assertion and advertisement that the property...

"Very nice and clean, just as shown in the pictures. However was very difficult to find based off of the address and description. The guard at the gate didn’t know either and was not helpful at all. Once we found our way in, everything was fine. We enjoyed our stay here, the host hired a very nice driver, Ramone who took us around town during our stay. I would recommend this place, but just a disclaimer if you get lost, reach out to the owner, he will message you the day of your check in."

"Everyone at pink hibiscus deserves a 10 . They were warm and welcoming Shirley was amazing . She made all our meal was delicious and served hot .. could not ask for better..Kishawn has the warmest smile ever all the time . It was truly a home away from home .. "The rooms were very nice and the staff was very friendly and easy to contact. The hotel was up in the mountains and far away from every where. Nothing is in waking distance. They were doing construction on the outside of the building while we were there. The neighborhood boys would come to the basketball court early when they were out of school and you could hear them, so there's no sleeping in on the weekends or early evening hours naps.
