"This is a great base for the more independent traveller. The rooms are large and clean with a kitchen area and a washing machine. The pool is great to do lengths. The staff are very friendly and responsive. This is slightly away from the MTR and the neighbourhood is ery typical with plenty of shops and great value restaurants. For a visitor who has just arrived a hotel may be an easier option but if you are slightly more adventurous I recommend Gloria Residence "

"Very close to the station, nice people who clean the room when we ask them when I have a question. 1 thing is no “Full stay” name on the door and can’t find out only with hotel name. "

"The location is great, very convenient. The hosts are friendly and answered questions promptly. Highly recommend this location. Only wished that they have walked in showers or grab bars. The walk-in tub is a little high for short person like me. "

"One of the best central locations in for a stay in Taipei - the apartment was very spacious and quiet and very handy to a mall which is literally 9 floors below you. We especially enjoyed walking the nearby streets and alleyways - interesting craft shops and great food at cafes & small restaurants (mind you, good food was almost everywhere in TaipeI) Highly recommended. "Listing look great along with the location. Wrote to The Host several times and they never responded. Took my money, though, and I had to go through VRBO to get refunded. What a pain. This listing should be taken down. The monetary amounts are in us dollars, not in new Taiwanese dollars so beware!"

"The hotel in general is very good, good size room, clean and comfortable bed. The bathroom was ok but it is already going to need maintenance. The only point not so good is the entertainment since the chromecast was in Chinese and I found it impossible to change the language. The breakfast was very complete with Japanese, Chinese and American options. "

"Hotel con mucha historia. Muy grande y lujoso. La habitación nuestra era pequeña, aceptablemente limpia pero por las noches se penetraba de olor muy denso de comida , especialmente ajo. Se encuentra al pie de una montaña, se puede disfrutar de inigualables amaneceres al subir a la cima. Restaurante con comida Buffet, desayuno con costo de $24USD y cena podía llegar a $50USD. Los restaurantes están alejados, lo mismo que el centro de la ciudad. El personal administrativo de la recepción y del restaurante no se distingue por su amabilidad, al contrario del personal de limpieza y los valet."
