"We rented the apartment named "The view". The name couldn't have been more accurate. This apartment had a beautiful view of the bay and buck island. We had a super smooth check in and check out. Place was very clean and the host even had snacks and drinks waiting for us when we arrived. All in all this was a very nice place to stay and well worth the money. I would recommend this place."

"This home is set in a location with absolute privacy and beautiful unobstructed views off the huge covered patio while still being 5 minutes from a grocery store and 10 minutes from downtown Christiansted. The house has been well maintained and was very clean with new jalousie windows storm doors and screen doors. Furniture and beds also seem to be updated and well kept. The pool was also a very nice amenity set away from the home to take advantage of views and trade winds. "

"We extended our stay by 2 nights and needed a place to stay. The Mermaid worked out fine for us (could use a new mattress) and the view was amazing! The owner was great and very easy to work with and replied to us right away. We did not enjoy the ride to get up there, but we were warned about it in the description. You do need an SUV to travel up there. Thanks for the stay!"

"When I arrived the owner came out and showed me exactly where to go. The apartment was small but just what I needed. It was clean, smelled nice, and I appreciate the nice touch of having gentle music and scenery on the TV monitor. Great stay. "Do Not be fooled by this listing. The pool is NOT A PRIVATE POOL. It is shared and you have to ASK FOR PERMISSION to use it. When I found this out, I asked for a refund and was denied. I told him I that his post is misleading and based on what he advertised, I was under the impression that the pool was private and part of the rental. He stated that it wasn't. "

"This place had everything!! I could of just packed clothes because the rest was there! Listing was just as pictured- simply beautiful. I had to reach out to the property manager for something-not only was it VERY late at night, but he responded within 2 minutes!! I definitely recommend staying with Jason at any of his properties.
