"Love the location of this place! Close to NAS Pensacola and even closer to downtown Pensacola which has several places to eat and enjoy! House was clean and it was easy to communicate when we needed something. One thing to keep in mind is this house is definitely not new, it is nearing almost 100 years old so will have some of those old house quirks. Well stocked kitchen! Would stay again! "

That bed was uncomfortable for his back. Would have liked to have a tv in the bedroom. The kitchen was awesome as well as the bathrooms. Any question I had was answered very . Will definitely book this property again."

"The host was great and room very cozy. There is a great German style Biergarten a Gelato place and a few other good eateries within a half mile so walking there and back was super easy. The WiFi was fast so getting some work done was a piece of cake. Would absolutely stay again. "

"While we stayed this house was very pretty and nice and cool even with the summer heat outside. Definitely tons of space and plenty of blankets and towels. The dishes are very clean and oven works great. I love how we didn't have to keep track of a key. I also love how the backyard has lights making it very pretty and homelike. However, we did have some strang things happen late at night while there. We kept hearing footsteps coming from the livingroom when we were laying in bed to go to sleep....

"Perfect spot and surrounded by everything you need. The porch outside of the master bedroom has stairs that aren’t nailed down. Besides almost falling due to that, great location. "

"We discovered Sugar Beach in 2021 and love the condos. We have stayed three different times and it’s a great place for a family on a budget. The condos are clean and quiet and have always been exactly as described. It’s a very short walking distance to the beach ( few hundred feet) I do recommend bringing your own toilettes as a very small amount is provided. It would be nice to get more than one days worth on trash bags and soap but not really something to complain about as long as you know and...
