"A cozy stay. Check in and out was easy. Host was responsive when requested and unseen otherwise (perfect for us). Loved the location. Very quiet neighborhood.Rental was clean and extremely well presented.10/10 stay.I do think that the two beds up top in the loft should become 1 king sized bed and a pull out sleeper sofa."

"The property was good enough for our visit. The house's location is its best feature. The host was quick to respond to messages- specifically one about the ice maker being broken. She offered to send a worker to fix it. There were multiple things about our visit that were issues. Both gates of the fenced-in yard were broken. "This little house feel had a quaint B&B feel. We were only there for a night, but found zero issues. We lived in FWB in the 80s and, while the city changed/expanded, this older neighborhood stayed untouched, still shaded by elder trees, still quiet and peaceful, even in the morning. The house was exactly as pictured. The window AC units did a perfect job. The kitchen was ideal with a cold fridge, plentiful ice, and generous counter space.
