A great stay. Everything was as advertised. Very clean and straight forward. Lots of kitchen utensils for cooking in. Very safe neighborhood for walking the dog. Very quiet. Good parking. Very comfortable bed. We had a great time. We will be back.

This was my second stay here and loved it the second time around as well!! It’s like being in your own apt. Clean spacious and a great neighborhood feeling area plus a private parking spot in the back if you’ve rent a car. Also walking distance to 17th street which is amazing for groceries, coffee shops,restaurants and much more! The location and property were wonderful. I was disappointed to realize there was not actually a sofa bed in the living room. Instead there was a comfy couch. Besides this mishap we were extremely happy. Everything was clean and accommodating. Thank you!!

Cozy in Costa Mesa!

Beautiful home and outstanding hosts. My husband and I and our dog spent two days in this beautiful and comfortable home with all the amenities needed. Would definitely stay there again.

Catalina trip

The property was very clean and spacious. There was plenty of comfortable seating, a lot of rental properties do not have good seating for relaxing at the end of the day. Our visit included a day trip to Santa Catalina and the property is only 20 minutes from the ferry terminal in Long Beach. Plenty of great restaurants close by as well.

Special Place

Perfect spot for our 3 night stay. Close to all the nearby beach spots we remembered from the 1960s. Had family over for dinner outside in the lovely courtyard. Hosts were most gracious and welcoming. Will definitely come again.

Pros: Clean, lots of space, lots of amenities including dedicated parking lot and washer/dryer. Cons: No central air and not super private with shared court yard. Appliances are old.

What a Gem!

Safe quiet neighborhood close to grocery stores, shops and restaurants. The guest house was exactly as advertised. It was a plus having a designated parking spot. Everything was in working order, place was clean and the bed was comfortable. Want to come back with my husband next year! Owner was very nice and easy to work with.

Wonderful VRBO

This was my first time renting a VRBO. Honestly, I was really hesitant and unsure of the whole process. However was an amazing location with wonderful hosts. The unit was very clean, friendly atmosphere and a wonderful garden, it was dog friendly which was a huge plus. We would absolutely stay here again. Other VRBO‘s have hard shoes to fill after staying at this location.

I absolutely loved this house and location very well-maintained very clean very beautiful. As a single mom of a daughter, we felt extremely safe in this neighborhood. We had everything we needed. It was very accommodating and we felt extremely comfortable. I will save this to tell all my friends.

Comfortable, quiet and good location

My wife and I have stayed at this rental many times. It is pet friendly, so we bring our toy poodle on vacation with us. The location is a short drive to Newport Beach and Huntington Beach attractions. The premises is clean, quiet, and comfortable.

The property is near the Pacific Coast Highway with short drives to Huntington, Seal and Laguna beaches. The apartment is spacious, full of natural light and has many amenities - fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, TV. One of the best VRBOs of the many that I rented.

Nice Costa Mesa stay

Very convenient & walkable location. Stores & restaurants very convenient, less than a mile from the coast.Place was clean & plenty of room. Had a courtyard patio with BBQ & fire pit which we didn’t use. Good to note this patio is SHARED, not private. We used kitchen to cook breakfasts, salt, pepper, oil provided. Plenty of cookware, glasses, etc were provided.
