"The house was very clean and well stocked for all beach needs. The kitchen was easy to cook in and had everything we needed. Our kids loved the loft upstairs and the two downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our family. We all enjoyed the outside shower and the grill. We definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice place close to the beach. Our kids did surf camp at School of Surf and were able to walk to the school’s summer camp. "We had a great time! The place was clean and cozy and the area was quiet. Just 4 mins to the beach which we frequented during our stay. We had everything we needed during our stay and were close enough to groceries for food! "

"Such a charming, quaint piece of old Florida. This isn't oppulent, but the tranquility of being in such a peaceful place is priceless. I would choose this property over a 5-star hotel any day. "

"Perfect for beach and surfing. 5 minute walk as described. Two surf shops, Flohana and Neilson right on the way. Nice little private back yard for a dog. Host is very responsive and helpful. Beach supplies provided and nice beach buggy you push to get your things to the beach. This is a duplex. One private parking provided. There is public parking along the street when available. It is close to downtown. Can walk to restaurants and shops. "

"This was easy to find location that is right in between the inlet side and the ocean side allow you access to both sides of Coca Beach. Everything was clean and was easily accessible. A quick walk to the beach and we saw a rocket launch and sea turtle tracks. The owner was fantastic about answering questions and giving local insights. We will definately be staying again. "
