For a couple, this condo is perfect. Location is great for beach views and access, as well as walking, biking,and stopping by Camille's for a tasty beverage in the afternoon. "

"Views were amazing, minus the construction of the exterior. The construction noises started as early as 8:30 am. Debry from them sanding the exterior was everywhere. We had a total of 2 vehicles. Description on contract does state that the over flow parking for the 2nd vehicle was across the street. They failed to mention it was almost 2 blocks away on a main busy street crossing. As soon as we walked in we could smell that it was clean which is something very important to us with a baby that crawls around.
