"We had a great stay at this well set up condo with outdoor patio. Comfortable bed and sitting area and basic kitchen supplies but adequate. The property manager was available when needed and gave us space when not which was nice! Short walk to the beach for a dip. The owner was lovely and communicative when needed. Would happily stay again!"

"Our stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The location was definitely a highlight, offering easy access to the beach. Check-in was also a breeze, which was a welcome start to our stay.However, there were several maintenance issues that impacted our experience. We encountered a problem with the oven display not working, and while maintenance did come to address it once, the issue wasn't fully resolved. Additionally, the refrigerator filter clearly needed changing, but this was never taken...

"Starting off from after I booked and paid. There was no communication from the owner about how to check in. I messaged them on WhatsApp multiple times on my way there and gave me no response. I called and he messaged me a vague response of how the unit is on the third floor. Asked if the place was unlocked and he said yes. But the unit was locked and there was lockbox had to call him back twice to finally get the lockbox code. There was blood on a towel in the bathroom and they wouldn’t replace...

"The property is located in Uvita which is a small quite area. The beach is not that easily accessed. The actually property was less than advertised. There are centipedes galore... I would go on a centipede hunt every night to remove them from the condo... and there were two cockroaches in the condo. There is not a tv, very few cooking utensils, pots, etc and the lack of air conditioning was a problem for the living room. We had all the doors/windows open one day and that night I was eaten by...

"The condo we stayed in was very nice and well-equipped. Lu was great and responded to all our enquiries about places to eat, the closest grocery store, and the golf course. The pool is huge and clean, although it is almost too warm. The golf course is nice, but appears to still be recovering from the rainy season. Playing golf in the tropics means hot, humid conditions so bring plenty of water. Overall, it is a very comfortable, relaxing, quiet environment with all the essentials."
