"This modern, spacious, nicely decorated condo is right on a great walking beach. The views are stunning and sunsets brilliant. We enjoyed starting our day with coffee on the balcony and ending it watching the sun go down. The condo was very clean and had everything you would need. Check in was easy and the owner was prompt answering questions. It is within walking distance to restaurants and a grocery. It’s a great location for visiting other beaches along the coastline. "The proximity of the suite to the ocean is what keeps us coming back. Playa Junquillal is a quiet and pristine beach. Gary communicated with us quickly and was very helpful. There are several good restaurants within walking distance. "

"Ben was an amazing host. Playa Avellanas is very rural, and Ben guided us in right to his gate, no problem. Ben is super attentive, and was checking in with us frequently. He saved us a lot of money with his spot on recommendations regarding excursions and restaurants. The boardwalk to the beach, and the beach are amazing. Restaurants in the area - off the charts!"
