"I've stayed many times at this hotel and it still is a very good value. However, this particular time I had a terrible experience with the WiFi. I was assigned a room on the 5th floor and the signal there was worse than dial-up in the nineties. Horrible! I had to go to the lobby first and then to a coffee shop two blocks away so I could work. When I flagged the situation to a front desk staff member, he simply couldn't care less. He literally said that "He had just arrived to his shift and he had no idea". In spite of this incident, it was a generally speaking good experience: nice, spacious room; good bed, good shower pressure, etc. I just hope they fix the issue."

"The property is clean and well maintained but there are some service issues. Some staff seem under trained and some are very good. Getting towels for the pool area is hard. The bar closes early and the restaurants close at 10pm. Staff like Gladys( Gucci Gucci bartender), Miriam( Front Desk) and staff at the Spa were excellent. Rooms are big but lack the clean and luxury feel. Property good for old people/family outings so younger people/couples will get bored. Management needs to be more customer focused. Restaurants are clean Nd neat. Helpful staff and the food is good."
