Llegar al hotel dijeron que no tenia reservación hablé con empleados del lugar nadie tenía conocimiento tuve que pagar otro hotel , por la noche llamó un sr David diciendo que ya tenia la habitación yo ya estaba en otro hotel. Prometió una nueva reservación en otra fecha pero ahora no contesta el teléfono .estafa? Perdí mi dinero o qué?"

"We loved Casa Verapaz. The caretaker Alfonso was great and communication with Julio was excellent. The views from the living area are truly breathtaking and accommodations are wonderful. Santa Catarina Palopó is a short walk down the hill and is a great little village. Our boys played soccer with the locals there and we bought fresh tortillas for breakfast. The tuk tuk ride to Pana was easy and affordable. If you are noise sensitive, know that the structure is shared so some noise does drift in...

"The staff were helpful, polite and attentive. The place was well-equipped with amenities such as high-speed WiFi, 3 tvs, hair dryer, hot water, and shampoo and conditioner. The washer and dryer were a nice touch even if we didn’t need to use them. Would definitely stay again!"

"Overall extremely poor. Construction littered the property, loud bangs and tools served as an alarm clock at 6am until the afternoon. Check in took long as the Vrbo listing address takes you very far from where the house actually is and communication proved to be difficult as well. Also lack of direction with garbage leading to a strong odor"
