"Super sauberes Apartment mit allem was man benötigt! Das Apartment und hotel sind super! Schwimmbad perfekt für Kinder! Auch der Spielraum ist super! Spielplatz im Hof auch top! Einziges negatives sind die Betten, die nicht nur hart sind sondern der 1cm topper hin und her rutscht. Generell sind es auch zwei einzelne Betten! Würde bei Buchung empfehlen anzugeben, dass man das Zimmer zur Innenseite (Pool) haben möchte (machen wir nächstes Mal auch)"

"The localization is good and the apartment is well furnished, with a complete kitchen and bathroom. All in all the apartment contains everything one would need to be fulfilled. A big however is the cleanliness of the apartment. We found a lot of dust build-up a lot of places and there were finger print marks on specific places. We experienced dustmite/bed bug bite marks which we attributed as such since we had no mosquitoes etc. We left the apartment early due to uncleanliness. All in all great...

"after 700 nights booked (and having 95+ % great experiences) we are quite simply shocked and near speechless about the horrors of this place. to cut it short: no heating. no hot water, no wifi (they gave us a password that didnt work with anything). when we wrote them that we can not proceed with the night wearing jackets and having no heating, they completely IGNORED us (all 3 messages) but wrote back another wifi password that "we can try".... the place looks and feels like an abandoned dump...

"Pobyt oceniam na bardzo udany. Super jedzenie, baseny i animacje. Jedyne co mi przeszkadzało to przejście z pokoju do restauracji i basenów to trochę kłopotliwe zwłaszcza gdy pada deszcz. Następnym razem wynajmiemy domek będzie bliżej bo domki też są fajne. Polecam ten hotel i napewno jeszcze tam wrócę. 😊"
