It was really nice having a covered carport to park our car under during the heat of the day as well as at night. Our two small dogs loved playing in the backyard. "Overall the house was great for 3/4 families with kids. The location to the beach was perfect -- very close. The "Cowboy" pool is perfect for kids 6 and under. The outdoor kitchen area downstairs would be really nice if it was a bit cooler. Communication with the owner/manager was easy and instructions were clear. The house could use some touch ups is my only gripe. 4.5/5 stars"

Jessica was very patient with my millions of questions and prompt on her response and was quick with getting a blow dryer provided when I noticed there was not one to be found.
