"More than one week later, we are still waiting for a response to our request to reschedule our paid day or receive appropriate compensation. Our communication attempts have been ignored.We arrived at the property at 4:00 PM on Friday and had a pleasant first evening. However, at 9:00 AM the following morning, the electricity failed completely, leaving us without power. Unfortunately, this occurred on a day when we had important family obligations—my daughter's prom—and we needed to prepare...

"House was great, beds are very comfortable, kitchen was well outfitted. Appreciated the washer & dryer. Utilized the downstairs a lot. Charcoal bbq pit and outdoor shower. Pool is across from the unit so very convenient. AC works great. Love this quiet little community."

"Communication with property owner was excellent and very quick. Concerns regarding cleanliness and smell. Pool had algae on bottom so didn’t appear very clean. Flies were a problem in the house. Bunk bed in guest bedrooms were not very sturdy for my teen and blankets are needing to be replaced. No storage for suit case unloading or drawers for clothes. Couch needs to be refreshed as it’s pretty worn. Overall house was ok for my family and we didn’t have any major issues."
