But just know someone lives there with her family and kids. So you only have a room and bathroom and a small area with fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. I did not know this just from the listing. Yes we had our privacy and they respected that. Towels, washrags, toilet paper is provided. We had to go buy our own soap. Would we go back? ...

"We were in Biloxi for a baseball tournament. This property is directly across the street from the ballpark so for us, it was a matter of simply crossing the street to go to games. Enjoyed a private parking space steps from the front door. Everything we needed was available. There is a very good breakfast/lunch place next door. The waterfront is a walkable distance for most."
